OH UH, you did it now.. People gonna come running at you. I am taking any NON COVID Tatum over Luka as well. but can understand Luka votes. 2 way greatness > one way greatness.

Barring injuries, both of these guys will win a championship someday. They are just too good to be denied. When that time comes, I hope they're on our team.

Yea the delonte west stuff was really nice but it gets canceled out by the horrid treatment of women in his enterprise and how he ignored it because it inconvenienced him. I do love me some shark tank tho.

I also hope they lose in the play in tournament just to compound their misery.

Safe thing to do. Can’t mess around with that sort of thing and end up like Reggie Lewis.

This. I think it’s cool how he has been helping Delonte.....but I absolutely hated how he would tweet updates about it.

LMA would've helped the Nets in the playoffs.

I still think it's the Sixers in the finals, if it's not the Celtics.

Stop it with this crap. There were many of us here telling you all that LMA was toast months ago. People here who wanted to trade actual assets for this guy need to raise their hands and admit they were 100% wrong on him. He couldn't help anyone because he was finished. LMA from 2 years ago could've helped, but not this year's version

I am an endocrinologist, but I know some cardiology & once upon a time taught ACLS.

IIRC, his issue is Wolff Parkinson White (WPW) syndrome & episodes of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolff%E2%80%93Parkinson%E2%80%93White_syndrome

Definitive RX is radiofrequency ablation of the aberrant accessory pathway.

Typically one treats SVT w AV node blockers.
In SVT associated w WPW, however, such treatment will exacerbate the SVT & is contraindicated.

IIRC, LMA was ablated many years ago.
Do not remember.
It must have recurred.
He is most definitely making the right decision.

This is different than Len Bias & Reggie Lewis who both had cocaine-related cardiomyopathy & a sudden lethal ventricular arrhythmia.

This is different than Hank Gathers who I believe had ASH (assymetric septal hypertrophy)/hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) & a sudden lethal arrhythmia.
ASH/HCM is by far & away the most common cause of sudden death in young athletes.

This is very different than Jeff Green who had an aortic root aneurysm, was at risk for an aortic dissection & had life saving surgery back in 2010-2011 (and who I believe has a form of Marfan’s syndrome [Abraham Lincoln had this] predisposing him).

Gonna start an OT thread.

I really love it, I feel so bad every time I watch shark tank and it has little to do with how I feel about Cuban. Good show.

I can't really hate on the mavs players though, most are hardworking young guys trying to earn a living. I hope they make it and take out the lakes! At this point I'm cheering for any Western team!

I never wanted him on the Celtics.

But he would've helped the Nets in the playoffs because he would've given the Nets a stretch 5.

Jeff Teague +18 tonight. Obviously he's going to have some sort of obnoxiously good game against the Celtics in the playoffs. Just floater after floater splashing through the twine.

He was stringing together good games here too recently before being traded. Look like him and Tristan just had a really slow start to the season. I'm still down for PP getting his minutes so glad they let him go.

I thought he sucked out loud for the most part but he was splashing threes at least and could have been valuable if used the right way. If only they could have just used him offball as a spot up shooter instead of having him dribble the ball around aimlessly before lazily passing it to the other team so often.

Bulls about to lose 5th straight and go 3-9 since they traded for Vuc. Best case scenario, Magic could still get a pick somewhere between 5-7 from CHI aside from their own top 4 pick.
