I know BAF isn’t the NBA, but LMA and our organization have a history too meaningful not to acknowledge.

We acquired LaMarcus Aldridge via trade in the 2018 off-season:

32. The Golden State Warriors have agreed to trade Kevin Love and Michael Beasley to the Boston Celtics in exchange for LaMarcus Aldridge and the #53 pick in the 2018 NBA draft.

LaMarcus would go on to have his greatest accomplishments as a BAF player in a Warriors jersey. During his first year with the Warriors, Aldridge averaged 24ppg, 10.2rpg, and 1.7 bpg. He finished the season top-10 in PPG, RPG, BPG, and double-doubles (46). Aldridge quickly became our team captain and leader.

Season three was even more special. Aldridge averaged 24.3 ppg, 8.1 rpg, and shot 60% from the field. He was named to the BAF All Star, and All-League 2nd Team. This was the season, he and Russell Westbrook would lead the BAF Warriors their first Championship.

During his time as a Warrior, Aldridge took under his wing, and mentored the now Warriors All-Star Domantas Sabonis. Sabonis attributes his growth LMA.

Today LMA has decided to retire from the NBA. The Warriors organization will retire his BAF jersey in honor of the legacy he left behind. He’ll forever be “The Champ.”

Not sure if you’re aware, but LaMarcus Aldridge just retired from the NBA. I’m assuming he’ll be exempt listable for the remainder of his $125/2 BAF deal.

OMG what horrible news for basketball. I'm glad he's ok.

i have WPW (well had) just like him. seems like his case is more serious than mine considering he had 2 ablations and his symptoms are still coming back. i only had one ablation and have been fine since. i hope he's able to get this resolved. wpw is not fun. prayers for him

Switch from Post Focus to Perimeter Focus offense after a win...time to unleash the 3's (LMA 44%, IT 42%, Ingram 40%, Nunn 39%, Ariza 38%, JJJ 38%) thankfully the Bulls changed its Attack defense back to Switch today. Hoping Morant is more of the facilitator today as opposed to the threat to score given the match-up change the Bulls have made on defense. Believe my strategy to Perimeter Focus should lead to that, first time using this offense post trade deadline, hoping it works like I have imagined in my head.

they almost won 60 games this year in a pretty stacked east outside of 2 teams the rest of the teams were competitive.

The Collins/Clarke duo is nasty in the SIM. I think in the regular season they avg over 40 pts combined on only like 20 shots...which is bananas efficiency.

Close game though. LeBron hopefully will show out for you at home.
