Then they do all that work just to give an easy basket in the paint on a rebound or getting caught on a switch.

Basically, this is not Miami Heat basketball. It worked when we had LeBron, but that era is long gone. We need bigs. We need defense. This is the Houston Rockets, except we don't have a James Harden.

It’s put an insurmountable stress on our perimeter players. Basically mind phucked Herro completely.

Disagree. Kyle Kuzma is improving as a decent defender and rebounder. offense is pure spaz but slightly improving (not saying much).

Herro is straight up regressing and has never been a good defender.

Herro needs serious revamp

Herro right now straight garbage.
Could be tired legs or straight sucking. But Spo is counting on the wrong players game in and game out, and can’t see to recognize when particular player needs to be bench. Probably one of the worst coach in such category and very frustrating. It’s gotten so old that I wouldn’t mind seeing another coach guiding the Heat.

Kuzma was older and already close to his prime. Herro is still young. Its TBD what he'll be. This is still his 2nd year. Next year is crucial for him. Obviously this season the league has figured how to guard him and he hasn't developed any counters. It's up to him in the summer to add stuff to his game. He's not the quickest or most athletic so he needs to get more polished. He needs to be a 40 % 3 point shooter, quicken his release and more importantly work on his handles so he can beat guys one on one if he's going to be a star like most of us hoped.
Hopefully this season humbles him and he's in the gymn all summer cuz he needs a lot of work.
Also same for Bam. Spo needs to stop excusing him. It feels like Bam is satisfied where he is and so is the team. The man needs to add a 3 point and be better in the post. They need to demand more from him offensively. Otherwise we can't talk about him being untouchable.

There is a 0 winning % for any OP after one of your GTs. And it does not get much better 2 or 3 games after one of your Demon GTs either.

This is virtually the same team from last year, same core-- just missing, who? Derrick Jones Jr. and Crowder?

Nobody had a problem with our off season in the offseason because the FO did what a lot of teams do after a Finals run and stayed put. We're just trash because a few players have regressed, I don't think it's deeper than that.

I don't think we should've stayed put, but it wasn't an insane decision. Awful gamble, but not insane

I don’t even blame the players. Spo, the organization, and bum ass coaching staff that includes worthless Caron Butler. They have put these players in such a horrible spot to succeed. Basically making all there jobs 10 times harder then every other team in NBA

So after taking 8 shots tonight, do we get to hear Bam talk about him needing to be more aggressive?

You play small in the front court, and you compound that issue by mindless switching which puts you in bad rebounding position. Just some of this stuff does not make sense logically. Bam had 4 rebounds, because he’s away from the basket so much defensively. It just doesn’t make sense.

The Heat owns the media in Miami and they are all spineless and licking Arison’s boot.

Sorry this dumb. Spo took this team to the finals last season. Name me any other coach maybe apart from Pop who would have done that. Spo is somewhat at fault but majority is on players. Dragic is on the decline as expected. But we expecting the younger players Herro, Bam & Duncan to pick up the slack and take another jump. Bam has shown glimpses when Jimmy was out but reverted back. Herro & Duncan have been worse than they were during the bubble.

Good we need more if this. What we have been seeing is inexcusable. Players who have left the organization look free. We have talent but the coaching and rotations have been Mickey mouse horse chit.
