The Lakers without Lebron and AD have a better record than our entire team lol.

They replaced Howard with Gasol and then added Drummond. Replaced Rondo with Schroder, and then lost Danny Green and added Harrell.

Talk about reinforcements. We did nothing, and actually lost a few key guys in the process.

Expectations in the playoffs with or without him not very high anyway. Key is to finish regular season strong so we don’t give OKC a gift. He’ll be someone nice to develop during the offseason that’s for sure. Hoping his friendship with Duncan leads him to sign with us after waivers.

Ersan Ilyasova with 20 and 5 boards, 4 steals and 2 blocks with 6 threes. Dude was literally sitting there on the scrap heap and he’d have fit perfectly. Plus he’s torched us for years. Why weren’t we interested?? At 6’10” he’s probably considered too tall for us.

Few late firsts that I'd like to take a swing at, wonder if the FO would swing Precious/Okpala/Nunn for one

Usman Garuba peaks my interest as a big, but big men don't win you championships in 2021(imo), so he's closer to the short end of my list

Ayo Dosunmo, Davison Mitchell, Josh Giddey, Sharriffe Cooper are a few that I'd look into (okay, they're closer to mid-first)

Forget kids. We need veterans. Although preferably no more 34+ year olds. We need fewer of those too. As long as we're building around Jimmy, we don't have time to wait on kids to develop.

If Kiwi re-ups in lala land and Steph doesn't have a change of heart, it might behoove us to start raising more kids

I'm a bit late w/ this but glad Jimmy put the team on blast, specifically Bam.

I've been on Bam all season about his lack of aggressive mindset. All that money to just be happy to improve his jump shot & hand out cute little handoffs? That's not going to cut it. As i've stated before, players get paid too much too early & effects their hunger. Bam still needs to prove himself. Over Bam consistently telling the media, after losses, how he cld play better or the team hasn't played their best yet.....do something about it mother f*cker....
......As i've mentioned, numerous times, go get a crazy, hard ass mental trainer like Grover & work on being a CLEANER. Dude isn't even a Cooler at this point. Mindset is everything!! Bam just isn't there. He has great potential but he's not pushing himself to reach it. 19ppg? I see him as 25ppg player if he quits playin'. He's a glorified role player, when he's a mindset away from being a bona fide Superstar.

Another thing i've noticed about our team for a while now is exactly what Jimmy said.....we're SOFT, physically & mentally. Too finesse & not physical enough. Not hard nosed, rugged & tough. No hunger & grit!

Herro has a fantastic game, highly skilled, solid form & technique.....but also highly finesse. He needs to be able to take bumps & play through them.

Happy Jimmy said he hopes it continues to happen. It's the only way the team is going to wake up!

For me it's a coaching thing. It starts at the top. The fish rots from the head down. I respect Spo, this is no disrespect on him but he can start the ball rolling & initiate the changes that need to occur. If we lack talent, esp on the offensive end, as we are still struggling to score, then we can compete w/ other teams but hustling harder & be dogs in the trenches, not f*cking mice in the playground.

If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

We need him back, desperately. Hopefully it’s not too far away and he can get a rhythm.
