There's a roster spot open with LMA retiring, no one has to leave.

His character issues basically burned all the bridges in Europe, so now Mike's NBA career and my personal credibility lies on Mike balling the rest of the season, good luck to him.

Yeah I read he was suspended right now for going off on the coach, has he been tossed out of other teams for character issues?

If so this seems like a low reward high(ish) risk move for the nets...get a 3rd string pg with a bad attitude when they could just get a guy like Lin or some g-leaguer

If he comes in and becomes a great 6th-8th man, then I guess I see it, but does he have that kind of potential?

Before beef with his coach and front office, he was my pick for Euroleague MVP, maybe that will not mean much, but he is not some g-leaguer. I think he beefed with every team he has been in Europe honestly, but Nets have 3 HOFers and 2 time MVP coach, so I dont think he is stupid enough to start beef there, not saying his Eurp career is basically done, so its either this chance or China.

Yeah, I think he definitely has 6th. man potential, I compared him to Jordan Clarkson last year. Now he might not be as good as Clarkson now, but this man was a bad man in Europe.

His stint with the Suns was an absolute disaster, I am surprised he got picked up by another NBA team. Way too trigger happy, played selfishly, and shot an abysmal percentage for how many shots he took. He also had a bad attitude when his minutes started getting cut.

We also had to cut Derrick Jones Jr to make room for him since we were so thin at PG. Then waived him few weeks later because he was so bad.

If they wave Chiozza they can sign this guy to a 2 way and still sign a big unless he's your fav player...

maybe he's changed, but he was awful on a bad Suns team, looking to force shots rarely running the play and seemed sulky
