I think it's adorable when JB pulls his mask down and makes his ears look like Shrek.

This is a big loss. I figured we’d lose but we needed this one really bad.

It’s been happening all game. Cody Zeller is the problem, he simply cannot rebound because he slaps at the ball rather than grab and secure. He does everything else needed to rebound except grab it.

Cody Zeller has played 12mins of a 40min game.

Probably other places to be pointing the finger me thinks.

Sure, offensive rebounds for the Knicks and going cold shooting the ball the entire second half and doubling when we didn’t have to

If PJ decided to rebound with as much gusto as he does when he takes 3 point shots....

Edit: Just looked at the boxscore. PJ has more 3PA's (6) than he does rebounds (3)

He has done it before. He just chooses not to most of the time.

Jalen can’t shoot the three from the top of the arc. He’s a corner three guy

Only caught the second half... Which was apparently a mistake.

That sucked.

31 points happens when literally only one guy in Rozier is capable of creating his own shot. They came after Terry in the second half and that was it.

Washington was on fire in the first half, but he attempted only four three-pointers in the second half, and missed three. I thought the team did not work hard enough to get him the ball in open spaces in the second half.

Devonte or Miles needed to step up and they didn’t. Also, why are we starting Vern for 3 mins and benching him forever after that? I would’ve rather put him in there when Noel was on the floor.

Yeah...when we're getting absolutely nothing on offense in the second half why isn't JB giving Vern a chance??? Nothing else was working...if you're gonna start the guy then just pull him after 3min that's not giving him a fair shot. Period. JB seemingly waited until he saw something he didn't like and put PJ in, like huh? Give the kid an actual opportunity!

And sure, the Martins played good defense for the most part in this game. But we have a lot of DHOs in our offense and when Zeller and Miles keep turning and it's a Martin they're flipping it to, that is not going to lead to success on offense. Even throw in Wanamaker at some point instead of being "fully Martinized" for huuuuuuge stretches of the game. Needed someone besides just Rozier to attack (Miles clearly needed to be driving more, and, well, I guess Graham just simply can't be effective whatsoever inside the 3 point line).

Painful, painful 2nd half and loss.

Right now we have a broken collection of misfit toys. Need LaMelo back in the worst way, but also needed and still need a quality 5...which wasn’t a priority for Mitch at deadline. Agree that Vern deserved a lot more PT unless he did something that deserved being grounded (didn’t see it). I guess Richards is on the “break glass” list. Cody is fading as was Biz. So frustrating to see PJ give so little effort on the boards...again.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.
