Nice try Jo. Thankfully Nets also lost. But I'd say that about shuts any chance for Jo to her the MVP unless he goes nuclear against the Bucks.

Well Paul/Booker is the most perfect backcourt pairing outside of Curry/Klay easily.
They compliment each other so well. Add 3&D guys that do both 3&D as the label suggests add a solid center and a solid bench boom playoff contender.
Was super easy

Missing his shots is one thing but some of the stuff he did in the second half was just baffling, missing open rebounds, gifting second chances, bad turnovers, missed rotations. I don't even know how Doc tried again with him in the 4th.

They didn’t want shake. They wanted thybulle and or maxey or both plus picks.

Way more mad about the loss to the Dubs. This wasn't too bad. But something is wrong with Shake or he just straight turned back into a 52nd(?) pick pumpkin. He cannot be in the rotation for the playoffs as is.

Agreed, right now he is unplayable. Give Hill all his minutes. I guess they'll keep playing him until the playoffs to see if he can get out of his funk though. Because without a productive Shake we're in deep trouble.

Tough to beat the 2nd best squad in the league down three starters. Leaves no room for giving up offensive rebounds, missing free throws, late subs in the 4th, Shake turning it over 4 times in a row, etc.

That officiating crew was also a bit out of their league and over their head. Handing out T's like covid vaccines in a game decided by three points.

Phoenix is tough. Kudos to them.

Missed the game, but looking at the stats:

Booker: 7 asts, 8 FTA, 0-3 from 3
CP3: 8 asts, 5-8 from 3

CP3 gets hot from three while Booker goes cold, but finds ways to get points at the line and both create for others.

Meanwhile, Joel does literally everything: 3-5 from 3, 9 FTA, 4 asts.

And the rest of the starters?

Shake: 0-0 FTA
Thybulle: 0-0 FTA
Green: 0-0 FTA
Kork: 3-3 FTA

Can't win games when you have only a 7'2 center creating offense. Shake obviously stunk up the joint. Maxey seemed to have a very nice game. This is the "chickens coming home to roost" situation where we didn't get offensive creators over all these years and now we're in Embiid's prime with bad secondary options.

Obviously every win is big and we're short handed, but it's annoying we're in this situation.

Maxey have been replacing the Shake production great while playing mostly off the ball. Which is precissely what Shake needs to do.

Shake needs to clean his act, it seems like if he's not taking the shot he's totally peevish. Some of the passes he tries are impossible to catch and awful.

The 2 or 3 minutes Hills was inniciating the bench offense were great
