A win is a win, let's go Mavs, beat those Lakers.

Worrying as usual that a team like Detroit causes you problems the entire game. This win just manages to hide some of the problems temporarily under the rug.

Terrible game no matter the win and KP's defense god awful again, I am convinced Detroit built an entire offensive scheme around his presence on the court

It was a good night. Dallas won. Golden State, San Antonio, Memphis, and Portland lost.

JRich with -14, then the team won by 10, no need to bring up the trade, it's water under the bridge, but he's top priority to move this offseason, doesn't defend that well, doesn't score that well, isn't really secondary ball handler.

Our supposedly 2 best defenders with DefRtg 132 and 142, that's where half of Mavs problems are. Who knows how this game would have went without Brunson having great night.

Richardson markets himself with bicep flexing and chest pumps. Currently leading the team with 8 chest pumps per game, supposedly to relay his "intensity" and "activity on defense". Close to being a league leader there. (End sarcasm)

Who has those ratings? I dont see that for Maxi or DFS, one of which I'd assume would be considered the second best defender.

We would have been better off keeping Seth who can score, create, and can't play defense vs. JRich who can only score when left wide open and plays decent defense as long he has competent defenders around him. At least with Seth we were efficient on offense and could outscore opponents. Now, were are less efficient on offense and our defense isn't any better.

Maxi, JRich, and DFS on the court = three weak offensive players at the same time.

Richardson 142 and KP 132. KP supposedly is rim protector. I'm talking how it should be not how it is.

Both have been disappointing I agree, but where are you getting thsoe numbers?

I see Richardson: 115.1; KP: 119.5

Or were u talking about this specific game?

Gotcha, yeah yesterday seemed to have bene a disaster defensively. Did you watch? If so, who was guarding Joseph? Im so curious because the guy is very limited offensively, yet seemed to have a great game

I don't think those are correct though. THJ had 109 defRTG but ended with -5.4 DBPM. There are also others discrepancies with other players. Bball ref site calculates them better and make more sense plus everyone is using that site for reference.
