We're so ****

Curious if any reporter asked Stevens follow up questions about these injury updates.

Especially when it comes to Fournier. That update is super vague. "He was in the building today but won't play tomorrow"

I read that and am thinking to myself "why the f^&^&^&#$ not ?!"

He has been out of quarantine since last Friday. He was at the practice facility last friday. I think fans deserve a better explanation about why he's still not able to suit up when we are going against the 2nd best team in the league and fighting for playoff seeding..and Fournier, a free agent this offseason has only played in 4 games for us..
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

So of our five top offensive players (sorry Marcus and Jabari):
-- Tatum has a bum ankle
-- Walker was too sick to practice
-- Brown is probably out
-- Fournier is definitely out
-- Time Lord is definitely out

Seriously, what the hell ?! This is getting ridiculous.

Either:
a) Get new players who are more durable
b) Fire the training/medical staff and replace them with more competent people
c) Just chalk it up as bad luck

I'm honestly not sure which of those 3 options we should do, probably a combination.....

d) Improve building ventilation. Infectious diseases seem to be our real outlier problem this year, and cold-weather cities have a bigger problem with infectious diseases than warmer ones in most cases anyway.

Just let Brown, Tatum and Williams rest and get over these injuries as much as possible. This team is going nowhere if those three aren't relatively healthy.

People won't be happy if you paint kittens. Any animal-painting is frowned upon, but kitten-painting is especially egregious.

Per Google, recovery time for Jaylen's condition is 2 to 8 weeks. **** me, should've just Googled "Fournier" instead.

You know last year Miami was never healthy ALL season. Never had their full set of guys. Plus they made some key pickups at the trade deadline/waiver wire. Celtics beat them the first two times during the year, which I knew was bogus since they were never whole and not reflective of what they were capable of. Then 7 games before the end of the regular season Miami got whole and finally beat the Celtics.

Then Miami made it to the Finals, and everyone said "wow, they're really good."

Maybe that will be the Celtics narrative this year.

Good to see they're playing it conservative with these injuries and illnesses. Everything should be done with the playoffs in mind.

What's with Robert Williams knee, though?
He's missed several games.

look man these kittens LOVE being slathered in paint!! Don’t infringe my RIGHTS!!!

back to the topic at hand though, how about we get lucky for once, and find out that a couple guys like Jaylen and Rob or Evan can play tomorrow? Is that too much to ask? Because otherwise Mrs. Whiskers is looking at a LOT of Sherwin Williams!

I feel bad for making a sort of joke about animal cruelty. Not cool and I apologize.

Puzzles. I could take up doing puzzles.

Nah, my bad for starting it with a lame wordplay pun - it kinda boxed you in. Puzzles it is. Or, basketball talk. I could try that...

By the time the draft and free agency roll around, our team will be fully healthy. Something to look forward to.

The ESPN Injury Report for tonight's Nets Game makes no mention of Fournier:

Robert WIlliams III is out (Knee)
Kemba Walker (rest)
Jaylen Brown is out (Shoulder)

Does that mean that Fournier is playing?
