^ not to be a debbie downer, but the two paths dont look optimistic for us:
If Drummond is going to be a monster w Lebron and AD and that boosts his value , then we wont be able to keep him next year.
If his value is low due to not being able to perform up to par, then he isnt a good addition to our team.

I’d guess that Pelinka will let Schröder’s minutes be replaced by THT and Caruso next season. That way, he can give Drummond a respectable offer to stay, yes? It shouldn’t be too improbable for Drummond to want to stay in a situation where he’s at best the third best player on his team and he just won his first ring. He can play free here. He can repeat here, even three-peat.
Same choice as for Schröder; Legacy over cash or vice versa?

Who do have on your wishful thinking radar? I’m with you, I think basketball begins and ends with the Center. I’d be happy with Drummond staying here as long as he boards 15 rpg and sets solid screens.
Otherwise, I’d be perfectly fine with any one of Adams, Gobert, Jokić, Vucević, Nurkić, Wiseman, Noël ... Lol.

Even if LAL lets Schroder walk for nothing, they will not have any more money to offer Drummond.

Ouch. Time for Pelinka and Rich Paul to work some offseason magic. But first, let’s repeat.

Re: How much can we offer Drummond ?
Only path forward for Drummond is like a 1+1 at the MLE with a PO on the second, and then go over the cap to extend him next season... I think he and Schroder are basically fighting for the final major contract from the Lakers and we'll decide who to roll with later.
I think we're going to hear pretty soon that Schroder changed his mind and will accept the max extension... He seems happy in LA and I think the market is a lot tighter than he assumed. I hope we wait though and see if Drummond/AD can get on the same page... Limited examples, but so far, they barely look like they're on the same court together.
If that happens, Drummond could probably still sign a small 1+1 deal and extend nest season, but it'd be extremely unlikely.

More interested in keeping McLemore than Schroder and Drummond tbh.

A bit of an overstatement. Schröder has really come along over the past month. McLemore is what he is, a minimum level shooter who cannot defend.

True, he's been better recently.
20 games without LeBron
33.5mpg, 18ppg, 3.2rpg, 8apg, 1.4spg, 0.3bpg, 3tpg, fg% 46.3, 3% 40.8, ft% 86, -59
37.games with LeBron
31.3mpg, 14.5ppg, 3.6rpg, 4.5apg, 1spg, 0.2bpg, 2.6tpg, fg% 42.6, 3% 30.2, ft% 83.3, +170
Yeah Schröder has been better recently, hopefully it's not just because he has the ball in his hands more with LeBron out that his shooting % looks this good.

Points and attempts usually go up when you lose your top 2 superstar teammates and you have to lead the team yes, but so does turnovers.
For the month of April, he is committing 2.7 turnovers(3.8 last March) while increasing to 8.4 assists.

Re: How much can we offer Drummond ?
I like Drummond so far. He has good lateral movement for a big. And he can take the center off of AD, allowing AD to flow freely vs smaller 6'8ish forwards.
Teams line up small ball against us, then we immediately throw AD at the 5 and dominate from there.
At this point he has shown to be sufficient.

Re: How much can we offer Drummond ?
I think Drummond will work well with Davis and James. It’s a triangle offense dream frontline. It’s also a pick and roll/pop nightmare to defend. We’ll see, but I’m pretty sure it’ll be an unstoppable trio on offense. Drummond as a screener and roll man for putbacks is top echelon big man. Is there a better role for AD right now than to be a stretch four? With Drummond rebounding, AD can get in rhythm from the less painful mid to long range. LBJ should love again having a bruising C setting wide screens for him.
Edit:
My answer to the OP is still ‘I have no idea’. I personally doubt we’ll have enough to keep him here. The MLE will doubtfully be enough. Robber Pelinka will have to wave his wand again to replace both Schröder and Drummond. Like he replaced Rondo, McGee and Howard. I have faith.

Re: How much can we offer Drummond ?
I think Marc is going to be our starting 5 in the playoffs... That says a lot right there...
Drummond is getting his numbers, but when he does, half the team don't get theirs. It could just be a temporary situation, but, if not, I doubt we offer him a whole lot.

If LeBron is playing then I think Drummond is the starting 5. Marcs play on the court makes it clear that Vogel will not be able to just bench him and forget about him. He will get minutes based on the matchup

Agreed.
Did you hear that, Mr Paul? LeBron? Let Robber P free to do his thing. He’s good at it.

As a Pistons fan we witnessed this same phenomenon during his career there. It fooled a lot of fans for a long time who just looked at his stats in a vacuum; but nearly everyone came to the same conclusion. The Cavs fans reported the same.
Neither of us had nearly the star power / leadership that you guys have though. So here's hoping things end up different for you.
