Terence Davis with another 23pts game 9n 9/12 shooting. He's been really up and down so far, but thsts to be expected a 2nd yr guy. In the games he plays well he shows a ton of potential.

Oshae Brissett just signed a 3-year deal with Indiana! Happy for him but I really wanted him here. Liked him a lot during that brief stretch he had. Oh well, also happy with Yuta
He's only played in 6 games so far but is currently at 82 TS% lol

I remember the Pacers started out really well. I don’t think he gets fired after 1 season. He did show that they can win. They just need the main guys back and they should be fine.

will demar ever get the upper hand over Jimmy?
jonas's 3 point % this year is better than Siakam's best season.

He shoots 1 three a game with are you smoking. He shot 40% a few years ago on 1 attempt I guess he was as good as curry and klay Thompson by your logic.

What logic? It's an observation. Sounds like you have an agenda when you get triggered by a stats like that.
Besides, one 3 point attempt a game for a center having Jonas's inside game isn't bad at all. His eFG% is also 2nd highest in his career, which is also higher than anything siakam has ever put up

What agenda. You're literally the only one showing an agenda with your cherry picked garbage stats. Last year alone siakam shot 36% on 6 threes a game but I guess Jonas shooting 36.5% on 1 attempt is miles better right? Lmao yikes

what cherry picked? 2 post above is about Jonas shooting 3. I didn't start it.
Siakam is shooting under 30% on 4.5 attempts this year. YIKES.

I think to account for different volumes, you gotta take JV's entire career sample for it to be a fairer comparison. JV is 96/269 (35.7%) for his career, which is 1% lower than Siakam's best season.

Re: Former Raptor discussion thread 2.0
JV and Grizzlies in April. BTW, JV is "Jėga!!!" (means "power, strength in Lithuanian) in Memphis. Toronto killed Lithuanian Lightning, making into a tree trunk.
OK, Jėga!!! missed couple games cause some non called hard foul put him into concussion protocol. JV played 14 games, record 9-5.
JV's stats in those 14 games:
Minutes 28.4
Field Goals 8.3-12.6, 65.6%
Triples 0.8-2.6, 55.6%
Free Throws 2.2-2.6 83.8%
Rebounds 11.4 (33% of those - offensive)
Blocks 1.8
Assists 0.5
Steals 0.5
Turnovers 1.0
Points per game 19.5
PER 23.93
Unplayable. Unwatchable. Worthless. Turtle. Yep, Toronto with Casey and worst guards in the NBA made him to be that. To set screens for the worst shooter in the whole NBA DD (he was ranked 400 out of 400 NBA players with shooting overall below 40% !!!!!! many times).
JV could lawsuit Raptors.
Memphis plays defense. Grizzlies pass the ball.
OUT of those 9 wins:
@PHI
@MIA
@ATL
@MIL
@POR.
On a playoff bound Grizzlies team Mister Jėga!!! is MVP. Not the best player, bot MOST VALUABLE Grizzlies player.
When ball moves and everybody play hard on defense (JV plays hard, but it's difficult to move one of the strongest post player in the NBA around) - even injury ridden, depleted Grizzlies team from a small market can be successful.
NO ME FIRST! TEAM FIRST!
I'm happy for JV in Memphis. He regained some of his speed and quickness. Though team mostly rely on his presence in the paint on both sides of the floor. JV became very quick around the rim - put backs and etc.
After the trade JV didn't get hurt or whatever.
When Raptors drafted young JV, reporter about what's next for him: "Win rings". Yep, it took a broken thumb and last minute trade to bring rings to Toronto. Good for you.
Right now JV doesn't talk about rings. He is one of the de facto leaders of the team. With his voice. With his play.
Memphis is one of the youngest (if not THE YOUNGEST) in NBA. JV is good right now.
AND Grizzlies are getting serious. Cause they have a serious dude in the middle.

I'm a JV stan, but let's not forget that JV has faults of his own. He's playing great this year, but defending the PnR will always be a struggle. As for the offensive side of things, I didn't like how he was used either...
But Lowry to this date is still the best guard that JV has ever played with.

Re: Former Raptor discussion thread 2.0
Lakers seem to be turning it around against Denver on the B2B without Lebron. Let's see: Drummond plays 18 minutes and is -5. Gasol plays 15 minutes and is a team leading +15.
