I think that his math means zero movement, meaning the order doesn't change at all. Not necessarily that a team drops out of the top 3 (Correct me if I am wrong)

Ah... I think im at fault here with my wording. I meant that all lotto teams 1-14?? Say with HOU being 1 and CHI being 14th worst... That will still be the same order in picking...

I know we're tanking hard but there is no doubt that OKC is just abusing the system right now. Half the playing team went undrafted and 25% of them were second round picks. No lotto picks and no one that Charles Barkley could identify.
