That's not what I said. I said you shouldn't spend your time knocking your own players. You seem to spend your life looking at stats to knock players and the FO of the team you support. Herro is an excellent player and I'm sure you'll have disappeared from the board in a couple of years when he is showing everyone in the world.

My own players? The team I support? I follow the Heat currently, nothing I do or say will change anything the team does. I enjoy watching hard working teams who seem to care about winning or losing way more then just a local team. Currently I'm following Jimmy Butler and Tom Thibodeau because I like the type of basketball they usually produce. I understand mindlessly rooting for a team and it's players but that's not something I've ever done.

I don't hate Herro, he has some nice abilities but I'm also being realistic about what he brings to the team. He's just one of those players I'd utilize as a scoring 6th man, being able to throttle his minutes if he's not being a positive on the court.

On disappearing from this board when Herro is showing everyone maybe but I also won't be back if I've been proven correct. I fought with Timberwolves fans about Wiggins being bad for 2 years(right after he scored 23 a game at age 21) and didn't go back to say I told you so when they finally moved him. For Miami's sake I hope Herro does become great because the future isn't looking too good right now. It's quite possible after 2 more seasons Miami's best 3 players will be Bam, Robinson and Herro unless everything works out with Oladipo who will be 31 by then.

So in reality you are just a thibodeau fan. He kills players.
I remember when the Dolphins were perennial contenders

Yeah, I'm a Thibodeau fan. Ah yes, the minutes narrative that the Bulls FO pushed then had not problem letting the next coach play Butler 37 minutes a night the next 2 seasons. What a scumbag Gar Foreman was but then again, he's one of the reasons Butler loves Thibodeau.

It's not really Spoelstra's fault, you can blame the FO valuing cap flexibility vs bringing in or even retaining talent.

btw this team made the right call not giving up assets for Lowry. I wouldn't go near that guy this summer at his reported asking price, it'd be worse than the Dion/JJ deals.

I'm still on the Dinwiddie train.

If he can be had for around 20m per, he would be the answer to the Dragic replacement question.

Team could still bring back Oladipo on a short term, team friendly deal or sign and trade him and get an asset back in return.

Spobot 2.0 software update with in-game adjustment upgrades and a sprinkle of common sense

Other than that, I don't really follow the coaching pipelines but some interesting names out there that could improve this team are Kenny Atkinson and Kevin Loughery

i see him similar player to jimmy, my main issue is that spo will not play him unless someone is either injured or resting. but yes he gives me the jimmy b vibes. could develop rather well in the heat program

it's amazing but while we're coming to terms with the end of this season, if we beat the Spurs we might be 1 game behind the 4 seed.

feels ridiculous but we will.
