Yep. We had to put our sweet cat down today. That evoked a real emotional response. This? Whatever.

Especially if they trade him, it’s kind of exciting to see what’s next. We already know their best chance was last year. I don’t see another run like that with him under center and that albatross of a contract.

Let’s go Love, some draft picks, maybe another vet. I’m ready.

What team will want to trade up for #9 that would fetch us a potentially high 2022 first rounder?

From the Denver Post (LINK)

6. What would it cost the Broncos for Rodgers? Easy answer: A lot. But let’s start with a combination of picks and players. The Broncos’ first offer should be tonight’s first-rounder and those in 2022-23 plus tight end Noah Fant and receiver Jerry Jeudy. If the Packers push for second- and third-round picks, move those down the line because the key in acquiring Rodgers is not decimating the roster and future draft cupboard in the process.

7. One other offer sent to me by a colleague: Jeudy, Fant, Nos. 9 and 40 this weekend and 2022 first- and second-round picks. Interesting.

I don't want to trade Rodgers - and I don't think he has the stomach to keep up the PR battle if he's still in Green Bay by the end of the draft - but if they do trade him and fetch a great haul? I'm not whining.

At least we would see what Love is made of? That's gotta be top 5 1-2 RB, Top 5 1-2 WR, and top 5 1-2 TE?

I hurt my back laying a floor last weekend and I cried a little.

HFS. Ok. I'm in for both those. Especially since Rodgers would have just a maybe-injury prone Cory Sutton and...Melvin Gordon?

Well we're getting older and we've already been through this. Nothing is ever the end of the world

Except for the end of the world. All things must end, including the world.

At any rate it feels unlikely this will work out as well as it did last time.

Yea, if something like that was on the table you make the deal in a second and figure out the cap later.

Less camera on Trevor Lawrence. More camera on Trevor Lawrence's dog or whoever's dog that is.
