Oh boy, a win, but took a heroic THJ effort and Porzingis doing some knee-scaring to boot.
I mean wtf

Watch THJ to shoot 0/10 or 1/10 in the next game.

I have nothing but appreciation for THJ, it's his contract year he's in his prime, and he plays for the team, takes over only when he's hot and the team needs it, and embraced his 6th man role gracefully even though the guy starting instead of him royally sucks.

I appreciate THJ if he plays like this on CONSISTENT basis! But he's on and off while Dallas is paying him 18m per year.

Let me understand: you want him to score 40+ points on a consistent basis? He would be Michael Jordan if he did that.

Me too.
He loves the team and he has a good friendship with Luka, for 10/12 M per year he is the perfect 6man.

Come on... You know what he meant.
In the past 5 games :
2/10 for 8 pts
2/13 for 8 pts
8/20 for 19pts
In April, I'm counting around 9 inefficient games out of 16. How about just 4 inefficient games out of 16?

Bad April. But he was decent in previous months, with some great runs.
On the season, he has done okay. Can't complain too much. TS% right at league average.

True. Only 3 inefficient games in March.
But then in February, 5 inefficient and 7 efficient.
And in Janurary 8 inefficient and 7 efficient (including the 0/12 game).
I think it's too high of a ratio considering he's pretty much strictly an offensive player.
I think his average is okay, but it's often not clear what you're going to get.

Did I say that he should score 40? Lol. I said consistency.

THJ was traded as a bad salary in KP deal, he is inconsistent, but he has been a useful player, and vastly exceeded expectations.

People might don't like THJ/Brunson, but they saved Mavs more than few times this year, a lot more than KP had. You need players like that, it cannot be everything on Luka. I'm all for trading Brunson and not signing THJ, if we get someone better. But that looks like a big if, knowing how successful is management with signing good players.
Player like Bogdan Bogdanovic would be great, but I don't know where will we find player like that.

Agreed.
We have seen that trade talent for nothing isn't too good (like Barnes).
