Well, that was an exciting game. It's great that the team rallied in the 4th after playing bad for a quarter and a half.

Man I'll take it. Nice shot by DFS.

Also Luka needs to at least hit 75% of his FTs. Too missed points left off the board.

5th place now and this board will still be an angry place.

Don't forget 1 TO, that's an important part.

Btw.. what's the score now after leading the 1st Q? Something like 23 - 0 ? :D Could have just stopped the game there lol.

Right... a player who didn't even play regressed during the game... let's enjoy the win and leave our personal agendas against players aside for a minute.

Over the last four games Trey Burke has become useful again.

Also Memphis lost by a point.
I know the lady of luck swings back and forth.

Was talking in general. I keep thinking if Mavs didn't have that horrible January when they were hit hard with injuries and COVID plus KP constantly having problems, they would be fighting Suns for the top spot probably.

just a perfect game from luka.. and looking forward imo KP has either gotta play with everything he has and not half ass it or just stay on the damn bench.
Give appreciation to what luka has been doing, he shouldnt just go in and exude softness out there and ruin hard work of others.
for example a few plays of not willing to box out for rebounds/set screens.. and sit him down, dont give him any much slack.
lukas been sacrificing his body out there for the team, i dont think his drawing of fouls is being appreciated much, those pump fakes then jumping in to defenders chest is no joke.

Yeah he's been tired for a while now. I think it reflects on his 3 point shots and mentally on FT aswell. We'll see how he plays towards the end.

Just to appreciate how special his game really was.

I have hopes for Trey, he's better than he played this year.

If Burke continues to play well even closer to bubble Burke and plays good defense like what he did against Curry then I expect Rick to start him and bench Jrich who hasn't been the same.

Yep, we take Luka for granted, for me he's top 3 player in the league this year, but Mavs need a bruiser, it's not just KP, no big on this team sets hard screen or commits hard foul to protect the guard, Mavs need a bruiser.
