Is it just me or post-dort signing have there been a lot of g-leaguers getting signed to multi-year non guaranteed deals? Feels like there are some copycats.

Boston is a mess. Atlanta is struggling a bit lately and the Knicks have a very tough schedule. Gotta hope one of those teams can end up with a better record than Miami but it's gonna be super close.

Still wonder what it would cost to move up in the draft with the miami pick if the houston pick swap doesn't convey. Gs might be a good trade partner if they keep a 11-13th pick!? Still think something around Horford/Williams for Wiggins + assets would make a ton of sense (at least for Gs, and team Canada in OKC as well  )

Toronto might be another team willing to move down in the draft if they decide not to rebuild but we don't have much that would help them (same issue with the Wizards)

IDK where else to really say it, but it's kinda been cool following the Wizards a bit this year. Seems like Wizards fans are liking Westbrook and he's had a positive effect I think. Hope he's appreciated, about to break the all time triple double record (and I'm not a big box score stats guy but it's a really crazy accomplishment). Looks like he's been a plus for their culture too.

Yeah I enjoy watching Westbrook lately. A bit pesimistic about their chances in the play in tournament though and can already predict a lot of salt/hate towards Westbrook after that.

Sacramento is playing pretty decent as of late (ignore the 50 point loss to Utah that got marginal attention compared to our Indiana loss), and Fox is set to come back from his health/protocol absence later this week. Doesn't seem like they'll shut up shop completely any time soon.

Orlando/Detroit is a win win for us tonight, and it's shaping up to be incredibly ugly based on the number of players resting.

Glad orlando won but I have no idea how we are going to lose to Sacramento without Fox/Haliburton/Barnes

I'm terrified of these Kings games lol. Thinking they end up 1-2 in them, tomorrow seems like the most likely win but see who's playing. Legitimately have a shot at top 3-4 odds right now.

Without fox , haliburton and Barnes , can anyone name their presumed starting 5 without looking up their roster ?

I can only name Holmes and Hield.

Bagley + Delon Wright are another 2 - can only add those because I wanted to see who was playing after they somehow beat the Lakers and Mavs last week. This is the toughest game left, but maybe they can sweep us like they did Dallas. Just need to hope Poku can play and that Kenrich/Jerome don't go off.

worried we may end up winning more than one game against the Kings. Haliburton not coming back this year I guess!? Odds of them resting Fox/Barnes are relatively high as well.

We shouldn't play Dort... :(

Well, if it makes you feel any better, it gave me a comparison but here's how bad the offense has been. The Pacers have played almost a month w/o Myles Turner and here's their game log for opponent offenses. The only game Turner played was the 4/18 game against Atlanta and looking at their defensive rating just say one game stands out.

Knicks copying the deck deal with vildoza (whoever that is) it looks like. Kinda interesting how the nba watches presti then copies him. Like I mentioned earlier, seems like the league has been copying what presti did with dort and other g-leaguers with longer unguaranteed deals.

Terrible night with Cavs/Orlando/wolves losing.

Was optimistic about Minny but it's gonna be complicated.

Don't want to jinx it but:

He makes a good point on where the Kings are in the standings.

I think this is coincidence . Regarding signing non USA player midseason.

The unguaranteed contracts I believe has always been around more so from hinkie time and subsequently Houston etc ?

Hope kings wins against Spurs . We can then take care of business .

Is it too soon for me to talk myself into top 3 odds ?

I think it's too soon because outside of Minny, we have the easiest schedule remaining. This is likely gonna be a 1 win gap between 3rd and 6th.

Gotta hope Minny beats the Magic & the Pistons and we finish 0-6. We also need Utah/Clippers to have something to play for in our last games (and that it won't be the case for the Sixers & Nets that will face Orlando & Minny)
