The last time I remember waiting around all day for the Knicks game to start was 12-13 season. And that had a closing window just due to the age of the roster. This team is younger and hungrier with a better coach, tons of picks, and tons of space.

correct that was put together for a 1 year thing.

This is the start of something. We have a foundation to continue to build and build.

But I just want to appreciate this for what it is. Games are fun to watch. The team competes every single night and plays with a focus and passion for the game.

Very enjoyable.

This is different than 12-13, because i legit look at the remaining schedule and think "the knicks can win all of those," no cap

SAS is a fairweather fan and an embarrassment! Let him become a Nets fan.We don’t need him to jump on the Knicks bandwagon.

SAS can wipe his ass with all the money he’s making now but he’s had to come to work all these years and get cooked about the Knicks on national television for years.

Let em prance around for this one.

Idk this might be my favorite season in decades.

This has a different feeling from the 12-13 season because we have rookies and second year players that we are developing and are apart of us winning and the future. Our star player is only 26 and we have the feel good story of Derrick Rose.

We also have tons of draft picks and cap space.

Now and the future of this team just feels good.

Not to say that this isn’t a valid reason to like this team more. But in 12-13 we were the 2 seed. We would’ve been the favorite to win most of these games lol

Yes, I am gonna just appreciate this season as well.
However, higher expectation comes with success.
I will be very disappointed if we lose 1st round series to other than top 3 teams.

I really enjoy watching every player on this squad except you know who.
Let's see how this remarkable season ends.
It is indeed great time to be a Knicks fan.

Oh yeah... looks like Thibs is going to turn Obi into a plus defender and rebounder... Him and Kenny Payne might be the best things that happened to this franchise in decades. Also Johnnie Bryant working his magic with RJ and IQ... Also every vet wing and guard having career years... Yeah it's different this time around. This just the beginning fam.

12-13 was a good team but what I like better about this team is the leadership. 12-13 it came solely form the Vets but our best player wasnt making anyone around him better. These guys now all make each other better...except for Payton

Can’t take a guy seriously who down played Jeremy Lin’s success, said the Knicks should have drafted Stanley Johnson over KP, disrespected Julius Randle when we acquired him and has fueled the media’s mockery of the Knicks. And no true Knicks fan would openly admit that they’re happy for the success of the Brooklyn Nets.

Now he wants to post videos of himself acting like we won a title so then he can make us look dumb if something goes wrong with the organization. The guy gets paid 16 million dollars by ESPN to have the entire world believe that every die hard Knick fan is irrational and melodramatic.

I don’t even think he was much different the first time around. Things are prettier when you’re winning.

Umm, I actually thought he was good the first time around as well.

He has obviously improved to great this time around

You know what it reminds me of is that '95 Lakers team that had Eddie Jones, Divac, Ceballos, and Van Exel and started winning again for the first time since the Magic Johnson Announcement. The Lakers weren't down for as long but went down hard and it was the first inkling that things were gonna turn around for them again. Full of young players and vets that knew their role. But they didn't have prospects as good as RJ or a star as good as Julius.

We're cutting through bad to mediocre teams like butter. On the road even. As you say, the beginning of fat times again.
