What the Heat said he's hurt. The playoffs are in 2 weeks, it ain't the time to sit guys out to teach them a lesson. Without Herro it's going to be hard to get past the 1st round if we face one of the top 3. I don't know if Nunn can give you what Herro did last season especially in the clutch.

Today Ira mentioned on the Inside the Paint show/podcast that Oladipo is practicing with the team. The issue he said was subluxation of the kneecap which is an issue of 3-6 weeks, they're currently at 3 weeks now. As of now Miami is moving forward with Nunn as the starter and Oladipo would be coming off the bench and he'd be a good defensive guard next to Dragic on the bench. With Herro back maybe Oladipo moves to the 3. Also mentioned moving Dragic's minutes down and also not using Strus to get minutes. Yeah, there's a minutes issue with all the guards.

I went to the Kings-Heat game in Sac right before covid hit. Belly went for 15 points (5-6 from 3) 6 boards and 8 assists that game. Definitely tricked me into thinking he had some talent, that's for sure.

He got off to a bad start trying to get acclimated here, but I think he could help if Spo would give him more of a chance still. Spo just hates bigs too much to play more then just Bam and now Dedmon in his rotation.

Belly can play. Unfortunately he’s out of shape, and it’s tough getting traded midseason and trying to find your way.

As SC said above, Spo trying to play him as a backup 5 with Iggy at the 4 is gross af. If he just played Belly with Bam, he’d be fine.

I know it's old news but Kelly is playing out of his mind those days. They use him the right way.

I can't take any of these records seriously. if you combine the rules made to priorities offense over defense, add the overall softness of players, buddy-buddy atmosphere, rest and maintenance protocols, 3 point jacking - it looks like a glorified all-star game half the time.

No one care about getting stops, it's a shootout most nights. You "draw" 12 ticky tack fouls a game/you get hot from 3 - you win.

Some of these players wouldn't put up half their stats if they played even 15 years ago.

NBA game turning into NBA jam. I Find it lame and un-inspiring.

I agree. I like to watch competition. I want to see a player go against tough defense.
