Every team in the league has significant exploitable flaws.

Yeah, with the help of refs turning a blind eye to calls they should've made, the Lakers beat them 4-1. The Nuggets only shot was LeBron being injured.
ftfy, Dwight had license to body people in illegal ways, LeBron hacked Murray going up to the basket a few times. LBJ got away with standing in Jokic's landing zone on a 3pt attempt, while the rest of the NBA was penalized every time throughout the playoffs for the same action.
We saw Giannis graze Butler after he got a shot off & get whistled, vs Miami. Flash to LeBron straight up hitting Murray twice in the act of shooting but no call. Denver was very much so in that series but for referees calling biased games.
You think that would be different this year because? That’s not a compelling argument for Denver beating LA this year, if anything it just reinforces the idea that they would again get tossed aside in LeBrons’ wake.

Creating a ranking list of players with no clear guideline/rules on what the parameters you take into account are is a sure way to get a narrative based list which is a waste of time.

Brogdon was full of praise for him at the start of the season. Funny how things change.

Kawhi doesn't look healthy. Clips are no chance if he's lost a step due to his ongoing foot issue.

So, if I understand correctly, in this play-in thing only 1 game is played between 7 and 8 and then also only 1 game between loser of 7&8 and winner of 9&10. Is that correct?
Basically, if Lakers are in play-in they only need to lose 2 games and then they are out?

was a fun journey, going through and it seemed a bit off but mostly defensible, then you get into the top 10 and holy **** does it get wild.

Putting Jokic #1 cuz "MVP season" and then proceed to put the 2-time reigning MVP #7. If you want to read a bunch of basketball hipsters quote their favorite rappers, quip outdated pop-culture references, and fail at trying to be funny, then oh boy, The Ringer is just for you.

Bjorkgren being on the hot seat after 60 games makes Nate McMillan's firing look all the more idiotic, especially considering he immediately turned the Hawks' season around after they canned Lloyd Pierce. I don't throw the term around as often as other people, but the Pacers just need to blow it all up and rebuild. And I do mean all. Sabonis, Brogdon, Turner, LeVert, none of those guys are untouchable.

Step 1: Blazers hire Jason Kidd.
Step 2: Blazers swiftly fall apart into dysfunction and despair.
Step 3: Lillard demands out (hopefully to the Bucks).

If Stotts can’t “pull a rabbit out of his hat” with a playoff miracle of sorts, as one source put it, the Blazers are expected to opt for a new coaching voice. And the Damian Lillard timeline, it seems, is playing a big part here.
The 30-year-old franchise centerpiece has three seasons left on his deal, with a player option worth $54.2 million in the 2024-25 campaign. His loyalty to Portland has been well-chronicled, but there’s a strong sense that a new coach may be needed to make the most of these next few seasons. Stotts, who sources say has less player support now than he did in years past, has one season left (upwards of $6 million).
Among the potential coaching candidates for the Trail Blazers, sources say: Lakers assistant Jason Kidd, Hawks interim coach Nate McMillan, 76ers assistant Dave Joerger, Clippers assistant Chauncey Billups and Spurs vice president of basketball operations Brent Barry.
Sources say Blazers chairwoman Jody Allen, who took over for her brother, Paul, when he passed away in October 2018, has become increasingly focused on the Blazers’ future this season. What’s more, the absence of fans inside the Moda Center for so much of the season meant Stotts was being closely monitored by ownership inside a fishbowl environment that didn’t help his cause.
If the Blazers ultimately make a move on the Stotts front, sources say they’d be likely to go for a big name, high-dollar coach to replace him.

McMillan is one of the all time bad playoff coaches. He definitely makes a team better, but his plateau is getting a team to the playoffs.

Stumbled across the fact that Tony Snell is shooting 57% from 3 this year. What in the world. Hilarious that homie still basically plays basketball for the cardio.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

IIRC he is on pace for a 50/50/100 year.

League is pretty talented so the top 10 didn't bother me as much. We all have different opinions.

Desmond Bane was a really good pick for Memphis.
