Biggio's future is probably more of a super utility player anyway. He's the first guy losing his starting spot when our next infield prospect is up.

Austin Martin might replace him by September if this keeps up.

Lee Trevino decides that he does not want the ball to land in the parking lot, intentionally walks Vlad.

Wouldn't give up on BIggio just yet. May be something as simple as a change in approach. He used to pull the ball nearly 50% of the time. Seems like he's trying to use the whole field, with little success. May be time to go back to his pull happy ways.

Official scorer earning his keep.

Edit: and I posted that before they replaced the pitcher who replaced the pitcher.

You don't throw a 3-2 slider with a 4 run lead in the late innings. Make 'em earn a spot on base.

Looked to me like Phelps mouthed that it was his elbow. Seems like anybody having a surprisingly good season in our pen goes down with a serious injury (Merryweather, Castro, and now Phelps).

We just can't catch a break with injuries this year, can we?

By the end of the year, our bullpen will be nothing by Atlantic League rejects and they'll still have a 2 ERA. The power of Montoyo.

Robbie Ray's pants are so tight they're performance enhancing.

Also, and I can't explain why, I have a very strong feeling that we will acquire Charlie Blackmon this season.
