If the Sixers steal the title this year, Simmons will be a Sixer until he forces his way to a warm-weather team.
If the Sixers lose in the ECF this year, SImmons will be gone by August.

Ben will be gone once we lose a series because Biid can’t play bullyball because of Giannis or AD’s help defense.
Or history repeats itself. Ben stays. Ben releases videos of him shooting 3s and fade aways. Then you know what happen next.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

This a pro-Simmons thread.
Sixers last 14 games:
With Ben Simmons: 9-0
(Joel Embiid) Without Ben Simmons: 1-4

Balancing the equilibrium?
Resistance is futile. Over or under 5 pages before we start talking about Ben’s shooting?

Midway page 2 tops. Page 3 is when the psychological analysis begins.

Someone should conduct a real case study on him...the problem is case studies are usually anonymized but you would have to describe the anonymous player as a "tall point guard who does not shoot if he's more than 5 feet away from the basket" and I'm afraid Ben might be literally the only player in the world that fits such a description (

With Ben, the only thing left is psychoanalysis sadly. His game has stayed basically the same for 4 years. While he is admittedly better defensively, his offense has regressed slightly, and this is an offensive game, and you don't hand out 30M contracts to premier wing defenders.

Just hijack Westbrook’s mind into Ben then all the problems are solved top 10 player overnight. It’s pretty exhaustive with Ben
Leben on the other-hand is with Korklord, Don Scott and ISO God Green in Russia still running the blackmarket stamp racquet ready on call for cameo appearances in the Playoffs. It’s fine we essentially start 1-0 vs anybody when they play.

Delete your account if/when Sixers win the championshop with Ben and never post again. Promise us that.

How many premier wing defenders are top 20 rebounds pergame, top 15 assists, top 20 steals, top 20 fg%, top 5 defensive rating, top 10 defensive box plus minus, lead the league in 3pt assists and made the last 3 all-star teams?

How many professional basketball players (excluding center position)can't shoot a basketball?

Ben's FG% is irrelevant because pretty much the only shot he will take is a dunk. I already said premier wing defender which encompasses all the defensive stats you just quoted. Ben has also perfected the art of having a string of awesome games in January so he gets voted in to All-Star games. Having Klutch behind him doesn't hurt for that, either.
Yes, he's a very good rebounder and an elite passer. That's why he's a conundrum. But 30M contracts go to elite scorers, not better versions of Draymond Green.

Ben will start scoring when he is forced to. I have been a steadfast supporter of him since he's gotten here and my stance on him hasn't changed. We can win a ring with him and Joel Embiid. I've been saying all year that I think this team CAN get to the finals this year. We're currently sitting atop the East, we're clearly a much better team when Ben plays, I'm in wait and see mode because I personally think we can do it this year. I think the opportunity is as good as it'll ever get for us this year. I feel like Ben is the motor that drives this team while Embiid is the actual ship. Both are equally important.

And there's the problem, 6ers two best players are suited to play C , but one has to play a hybrid game, and the other also sacrifices a little on being a 100% C - it's really not ideal or fair for both Ben and Jojo.
Praying one is moved in the off season for both there and the teams sake.

Ben isn't suited to play C at all. He is a wing who just can't shoot and doesn't even bother trying to improve in that aspect.Rastas wrote:cool93 wrote:syntax wrote:

Does he do other things at an elite rate other than shoot the basketball? Is his team clearly on top of the eastern conference? Is "shooting the basbetball" all that counts to winning
