depends on how old your father is. teams scored more in the '60s. and nearly as much in the mid '80s

Hmmm, well I just looked up 1965, and that was a shade lower than this year. Close, though. But at any rate, Daddy would have to be pretty old to be alive and remember 1965 basketball.

thought they had b2b in them but no 3 peat. Im beginning to believe in the Bucks, this might be their best shot at a title. Next year the Nets will be even deeper and a normal season will benefit the aging lebron.

Not seeing the Bucks. I could see the 76ers or Nets. Long shot for the Heat. I think it'll be the Clips or Lakers out of the west.

Yeah I am not feeling the bucks, past playoffs haven’t been wowing me. Healthy Sixers can be tough. If the Lakers are healthy and they find the groove quickly (which they should) are still tough to beat. It will be interesting to see who else looks good in the post season out west. I think the heat are a real long shot, but they are a threat to everyone the way they play.

My old man was 41 in 1965. He would have remembered that. Hell my brother was 9 then he might have recollection. I was born a decade later so nope not anything I can relate to. Pretty interesting, there must have been very little defense, they didn’t have a shot clock then. Lots of running up the ball and hoisting shots, I doubt there was as much clock stoppage as their is today.

I imagine the amount of time RJ Barrett has tried to tell him "Coach my name isnt Lu!.." And is cut off is quite high

Damn proud of how things are going on in NY with the bulls alumni. To see progression like this is always a breadth of fresh air.

As a Doncic fan it’s getting pretty disappointing how much of a baby he’s becoming. The punch to Sexton’s groin and his reaction to the ejection is a really, really bad look. And it’s been building to this.

Yep. The mounting frustration of having no help is apparent.

It’s not the roster’s fault that he cries to the refs all game and tried to hammer Sexton in the nuts as hard as he could.

Of course it’s not. Luka is a competitor and has always won. The pressure is mounting on him and it’s bringing out the worst in him. Hope someone intervene and he changes course.

The NBA should suspend him for a game or two. Not only because they just should, but also because maybe it will knock some sense into him.

I’d hate to see yet another highly entertaining player become an unlikable, unwatchable child.

Terry Rozier just put up 43 on the Pels. LaMelo put up 22 on 10 of 19.

I didn't watch the game so I don't know how much was on Ball vs. Bledsoe vs. anyone else, but I'm not sure that the notion of Ball being a plus defender is accurate, particularly that I think that the Pels have struggled all season defending opposing guards (particularly on the perimeter). Before the Bulls plunk down a lot of money on him... they'd better do their homework.

As a Brazilian, he kinda reminds me of Neymar in this sense. An undeniably great talent, but once the nagging and bitching kick in, things start to sour.

Isn't this just your normal ESPN NBA discussion? Lakers, Lakers, Lakers and how does that Celtics thing impact the Lakers?

Celtics are going to be have a hard time impacting anything with Jaylen Brown out for the season.
The NBA is falling apart towards the end here, COVID + compressed season wasn't good for anybody.

Now watch them fall out of the play-in, and get a top 4 pick. I wonder if the fans of play-in will do a 180 if a #7 seed gets the #1 pick this lottery.

Return to Chicago Bulls
