Yeah, advancing past the first round definitely would be nice, but progress takes time. And even if we faced the Hawks, it's not a free first-round win. They're not going to lay down and make it easy for us. I honestly would expect any series we face to be hard-fought.

Whatever the outcome will be, this is a big step because players are now taking notice of what's going on in NY. We're not the same crappy losing team of the past - this is a new era and I am sure more guys now want to be a part of it. Just think of what this team can look like when we start to use our cap space to add some depth in the next few years. We're establishing a winning culture and we're only going to get better. I'm hyped.
