Just when you think this season could not get any worse it did.

I think I've found the culprit for Rob's TT:

"Turf toe is a sprain of the big toe joint resulting from injury during sports activities. The injury usually results from excessive upward bending of the big toe joint. The condition can be caused from either jamming the toe or from repetitive injury when pushing off repeatedly when running or jumping. Although this injury is most commonly reported in football players, participants in soccer, basketball, wrestling, gymnastics and dance also are at risk...If turf toe is caused by repetitive actions that cause injury, the signs and symptoms will usually begin slowly and can gradually worsen...Initial treatments include...as well as a change to less-flexible footwear."

Just look at the angles on his Nike LeBron 18 shoes: https://ballershoesdb.com/players/robert-williams/

It's LeBron's fault.

lol yup, the play where Smart and Robinson collided, accidental contact on the part of both players, just 2 guys playing hard, Smart is now sidelined with a calf injury from that play....yet Smart was called for a foul on the play.

Refs seriously hate him, especially these past 2-3 weeks..

Marcus injures himself flopping and we're gonna blame the refs?

Some time off could well help JB's tendonitis in his knee and various other ou-ies heal before next season. Meanwhile I prescribe a heavy dose of PP's stationary dribbling drills for his right hand:

I hope they try to win on Tuesday without Rob, so that if they do he gets almost another full week of rest for his toe.

I hope that he doesn't mess himself up worse playing through the pain. I once sprained an ankle because my gait changed due to a toe injury on the other foot.
