I’m not sure if you’re talking about that travel. It wasn’t him being dumb as much as it was Melo being smart. Melo knew to get to a certain spot and wait there because he’s a vet so it was go be a charge or travel based on how the refs called that game late. That’s a case of right place right time from an old head, like Wes knowing how to get under the ball and swipe it away from Kelly or stand Randle up in overtime to be trapped.

This is new air for booker though. New air for their whole team besides Chris Paul and Crowder. They aren’t use to all these games mattering late, seeing mattering, and teams coming at their head for a play in. I think the suns did themselves a bit of a disservice by not bringing in another vet personally. They are the team who should have reached for guys like Javale and Bradley

This isn’t okc last year. Dennis had been in the playoffs in Atlanta. Gallo had been in playoff games in Denver and as a clipper. SGA has playoff experience. Adams and Noel had been in the playoffs before. The Suns are going to have a collective holy **** culture shock and as great as Paul is, he’s never been the leader to lead a team through the playoffs as the main voice.

Vogel, Lebron, and AD have big choices to make. Take the L and enter the 7th seed to beat on them with minimal travel or win out and build momentum. I mean I could tell you right now, I’m sitting Lebron, AD, Kuzma, Caruso, and KCP next game. Kuzma has had calf issues and a back issue from the way they overloaded his minutes when everyone went out. Realistically kcp is our most important guard as he will chase the best perimeter player and he’s really took no time off. I would rest them all up and let Dennis, THT, Wes, Kieff, and Drummond finish the yeAr out as starters. Let Ben, McKinnie, Trez, and Marc finish the year out all with 20 minutes a night behind them and give Dudley spot minutes. **** the wins and losses. Play with zone concepts and begin the homework on how you’re going to beat steph up for a game as a staff and then assign Bron and AD to scout Phoenix

He was gifted those on a phantom foul call, after the most obvious double-dribble in NBA history, with seconds left, and his team down by 1...
On top of that, he was pretty much a non factor all night and played zero D down the stretch...

I wanted Portland to lose this game, but they were robbed.

Agree except on the foul, one of the angles showed he had had been touched on the shooting forearm.

Tonite's Pelicans v GSW game is going to be the most meaningless game of the season.
No implications for either of them to win or lose. You'll see completely stripped rosters playing tonite in this game. All 3rd stringers, rookies.

I honestly think it's hilarious the Clippers are trying to tank to avoid us. Haven't they learned from last year the basketball karma gods come back to bite you if you try to pull that stuff. Here's to hoping they lose in the first or second round before an eventual matchup

Last year's Clippers had way more question marks than this year's team. Dallas also hasn't made that expected leap people assumed they would take at the beginning of the season. If people think Dallas can win against the Clippers they also have to assume Porzingis is going to be healthy for 7 straight games, and that's a big if I wouldn't bet my money on.

Dallas' power was held in their shooting. They were just lightin everything up last season. They were Hot every night. Now Add Luka,, unstoppable on many nights, due to his drive,, his kick,, his play making,, and his 3 point shooting.
But they did not bring back Curry and had some personnel changes. Different team.
