Bright start. First couple going down for Shamet should give him some confidence.

Can't complain about that one, we should be able to win without him but it's painful to watch him run our offense like a maestro and then have to watch KD and Kyrie gun ISO every time down the floor.

He just got back after about 20 Games out, so protecting Harden's health is a valid reason.

Honestly, I was scared to death that Kyrie was gonna disappear again after he said something like; To be honest I can't even focus on basketball right now because I'm too focused on what's going on in the world, referencing Israel and Palestine etc. I know he's a sensitive cat and the evil in this world really messes with his head, whereas most people are just desensitized to it so long as it's not happening to them. I'm not saying that makes Kyrie a bad person, but that sh*t will drive you crazy if you obsess over it and it's usually the kind of thing that makes his take a leave of absence, so I was holding my breath and hoping he would show up to play tonight after I heard him say basketball is not his focus right now.

I'm glad he's playing tonight regardless and I hope he can at least bring his B Game.

I think he was just venting frustration. Those images from Gaza are infuriating and frankly, upsetting especially when children are being murdered.

It's depressing. I can't even talk about it anymore.

That shot Shamet took off the curl was beautiful. He should be doing that all the time

I love seeing Allen exchanges a few laughs with the guys in between plays.

It certainly looks like he came to play. You can see the energy and he's playing well.

As for the other stuff, honestly, I don't even watch the news anymore precisely because it's depressing and I'm not a lot different than Kyrie in that it can really make me depressed. I'm getting too old and life is too short for me to intentionally make myself depressed by watching the news, so I pretty much stopped watching it all.

I watch things that give me joy now, like the Nets. :)

The ball movement has been terrific tonight. KD with 5 assists already and Kyrie's cooking from 3.

I'm with ya Slick. I try avoiding the news nowadays too.

But yeah Kyrie looks playoff ready. I'm pumped

You think the Cavs would take a Deandre Jordan for Jarrett Allen swap in the off season?

I would do it, personally.

That pass to Brown on the cut by KD was beautiful. Durant isn't even forcing it tonight and the team's play elevates.

You can make a case that keeping Allen would have been worth sacrificing one more pick, but then I think about the tax bill and I laugh.

Claxton will do. Jordan...I dunno what we are going to do with him.

Nash needs to stagger KD and Kyrie. This line up is going to blow the lead

Why would Cavs want to do that?

Good first quarter all things considered. The bench was poor though, couldn't match the intensity set by the starters on the defensive end. It's usually the other way around for us. :D
