Who gets
A+
B
C
etc

The Coach gets a rating too & Kelly
______________
Jimmy Butler : A-
When he played he was great, however he missed many games. He led our team in assist, stls, PPG & trash talks. Strong candidate for a defensive team possibly. I Would have gave A+ if he didnt miss many games & shot better from 3.

A-
Nunn - up and down mostly up, really turned it on once Dipo was out of the picture
Butler - Frustrated but maybe being too nice to his teammates, too passive at times, best yet to come
Dedmon - solid and props for playing his way and not out of position like how spo likes to put guys

B-
Strus- really made the most of his time (was in C, moving him up)

C
KZ - raw, not put in best position trying to make him into something he is not. fighting uphill battle vs Spo-rotations and standing in corners.
Precious - raw, shows he is capable , tries to make the most of his time.
Belly- see above 2, we would think he cant play based on DNP, we do a terrible job not pigeonholing guys
Iggy- shouldn't be getting as much minutes as he does but not his problem
Herro - has he really improved? sucked so much anything falling makes him look immortal, should have been more consistent

C-
Bam - what can we count on from him, defensive stopper, nope. rebounds over bigs, nope. heart alone puts him here, need more from him or maybe he is just a piece and not a main piece. out of position but I realize that is how coaching wants to use him, he still can challenge that.
Dragic - for a guy so seasoned he should be more savvy, way too hot and cold. reminds us from time to time that he is a killer but will he show up in the playoffs?
Ariza - amazing quickness for his age but we got him for his shot and I really havnt seen it.

D
Gabe Vincent - should be making more with his time and he just doesnt. we dont know what he will do with his minutes, scared of quick yank perhaps.
Robinson- for a guy that is supposed to be a deadly shooter he just doesnt shoot enough.has shown us he can get to the basket and get some blocks but really should be shooting 15 times a gam. Even with the scrubs he is not an alpha and dissapears. disappointment so far.
Spo- see all the above. at least we are not last. This many years as HC I still shouldnt be wondering if he knows what he is doing. Too much in love with small ball and not best individual talents of his players. Tries too much plug and play for consistency to our detriment.

F
Dipo - might be figuring his health out but could have gone about it a better way. Not even with the team or on the sidelines I just dont like the vibe im getting.
Haslem- waste of a roster space. Could be doing the same impact as a coach or consultant.
Leonard- guess mouthing off on video games and crushing beers was more important than the job he was getting paid for. enough said.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Great assessment. I would give Haslem a certificate of participation instead of a grade.

Herro deserves a C- in my book instead of C. Guy has had some moments where he looked like the player he was last year, but nothing more.

I would give Ariza a B+. I was not expecting much from the guy, so he has overperformed from minimal expectations.

Iggy deserves a D. This should be his last year as a contributor to a roster.

The rest of the grades are pretty on point.

jimmy A- (needs to improve his 3 point shooting)

knunn B- could play a tad better

goran dragic C- his production has lowered for the most part and that's mostly on age but i believe that there's more to the story

dedmon A - dude came to play with effort and heart for the short time that he was brought in with father time weighting on him

ariza A- - my surprise player of the year, didnt thought that he had it in him.he has played well for an "old guy"

adebayo- C - he was balling earlier in the year then he fizzled by himself. i suspect spo shenanigans or too much sex with the 3 women that he has

herro B he has room to improve but for the most part he does his role

duncan- A+ our 3 point specialist has broken some records from his strokes from afar. i dont ask much else from him.

iggy- c+ its clear that age its a factor but he has made some worthy contributions to the team with his intangibles

pneumonia- f+ dude knows how to pass but he belongs in europe not in the nba. too undersized for his position. sucks

precious- D he reminds me of justice winslow but without a 3 point stroke and more body. dude needs more coaching and fundamentals.he just sucks. he's a tad better than pneumonia though

UD- F- just get the **** out here already, your time as a player has expired. go do something else with the heat you are a waste of space now

kz- D- just a scrub that tries really hard but doesnt have the talent to be a decent nba player. should have stayed in high school basketball

struss D+ same has kz but he has a better grasp of how to shoot the ball. could be better if he plays more? i dunno

gabe vincent D- just a scrub that doesnt belong

dipo - i cannot grade him because he played about 4 games with the heat. hot potato, heat should let him walk next season. injury prone player

A- Bam Adebayo
Improved from last season across on all stats except Blocks but still anchored our defense. Above average Playmaker for a center & has increased his scoring. However, there were games where he could have stepped up more which is the next step for him & possibly to take 1-2 3 pointers in the future.

A- Kendrick Nunn
Just like Bam he Improved from last season on most of his stats. He was consistent & was still able to perform @ a high level despite getting DNPs from Coach Spo. Our starting point guard for most the season.

A- Dewayne Dedmon
Only played 16 games but he was great. Wish we got him when the season started. 70% FG

C+ Duncan Robinson
1 of the best shooters in Heat history. His shooting & scoring went down a bit but he's still spaces the floor for us (40% from 3) teams are aware of his shooting. Defensively, he's not good.

C - Tyler Herro
Just lacks consistency, wasnt making his threes like last season

C-Trevor Ariza
Wasnt too bad but he old, stepped up for us in some games, gave us spacing. Wish we got him earlier like around 2008.

D - Kelly Olynyk
His shooting went to a career low this year, wasnt making his shots like last season but he could have helped us a bit vs the Bucks

C + Goran Dragic Dragon
Dealing with injuries, but he came through for us @ times

D- Andre Iguodala
Just like Ariza wish we got him earlier in his career, but hes just old, he served as our 3-D but only 33.3 % from 3

C+ Precious Achiuwa
Solid Rookie, athletic would like to see more mins & shoot

F+ Meyers Leonard
Disrespectful & ignorant

Would give Herro and Coach Spo the lowest grades of the bunch tbh.

Butler-B
Dude missed a bunch of games and his ability to raise the level of his teammates fell off big.

Bam-B-
He did not understand when to take over. He had one game where he got it, the Boston game. The rest of the time he looked like he didn't understand his skillset to its fullest.

Dragic-C
Poor guy and his plantar fascia. He's a guy I appreciate a lot for what he's done but this year was a twilight year.

Herro-C
His snarl was the last impressive thing I remember about him. We desperately need an all out shooter and this kid relegated himself to a 5th option way too much. Need more shots.
