Do we want the Celtics or the Wizards?

I am watching this game now. The Wizards swept us in the regular season match up. Our record against Boston was 1-2. We had some real trouble this year with Washington's dynamic guards. Boston, despite their fairly disappointing season are still probably more solidly talented team aside from the top two, and Brad Stevens is a heck of a coach.

Boston is currently winning as I write this.

We want Celtics and we will get Celtics. Star power defines playoffs and Wizards have 2 healthy and experienced star players.

It's Washington and their big two were ineffective tonight. Beal is hurt. If Westbrook is hurt or ill, let's hope that continues.

I tried to find where Thursday's winner will draft and found nothing.

Thursday’s winner will be in the playoffs, and will be slotted according to record. If the Spurs do no make the playoffs from the West, then whomever loses Thursday will be drafting 15th (worst of the playoff teams). Whomever loses will be slotted into the lottery based on their regular season records (coin flips breaking ties), and the lottery will occur as usual with the ping pong balls pulled.

I would have preferred the Celtics. It would have felt good eliminating a talented team like Celtics from the playoffs. If they eliminate us instead, fine, we'll just go to the lottery, win win either way

We are better than Washington, i do no see them kicking us out of the playoffs.

Beal is clearly injured (not even sure he wants to risk his health for a first round exit) and as usual westbrook is playing uninspired basketball Come playoff Time.

I would have rather face the nets though (even if they are clearly better than us) but Philly is just a bad matchup for us + it's the team that really killed the momentum we had at the start of the Season.
