We beat them in five last year... its a different Bucks team, much tougher.... we win in 6 this time. We win first three games, lose two, send them fishing in game 6

going to be a tough series. But if we beat them before we can do it again. Maybe we lost crowder but we did add ariza who is pretty good also. Jimmy takes his game to another level in the playoffs, hoping to see that again.

It will be very interesting to see how replacing Crowder with Ariza will go for this series. Offensively--he needs to hit his 3s, we know that. Defensively, he's not quite as strong or sturdy to bump with Giannis but IMO he is pretty ideal to defend Middleton. Crowder was always just short on that stupid high release of Middleton. I'm hopeful that Ariza's extra length will make a difference there.

It will be hard for any one player to duplicate what Crowder or Dragic for that matter did in the last year's playoffs. Crowder was spectacular in hitting some backbreaking 3s in the first 2 rounds. I'm counting on Nunn to come through but we most likely have to do it as a committee and pick each other up.

On the defensive end, I am hopeful that Ariza can hold on his own against Giannis but I agree that he's probably more suited for guarding MIddleton. We have enough wings to throw at those guys imo

If Duncan and Nunn as a tandem can match Jae's 3 point shooting, we will be fine offensively. I'm a little worried defensively but Ariza brings a different dynamic that may prove interesting in this series.

After watching this up and down season, mostly down with many terrible low points, I can't say that I'm optimistic about Mia beating the Bucks again.

Hope to be pleasantly surprised, though.

Im concerned a bit. Last year we had our 3pt shooting at and all time best for the team in the playoffs. Jimmy had some multiple superhuman games. Dragic played like a superstart point up until he got hurt. Just too much to replicate from last year for me to feel comfortable. I think ill feel better once saturdays game come around and we either win convincingly, ill take a win a tight game down the wire or a lose. But if we get whooped like during the season in our opener, its not gonna be a good playoffs for the Heat.

oh shams is talking about over this year. yeah ofc why not. we sucked and FO, coaching staff, and players all did their part sucking.

it was a frustrating year for all Heat people. shams should get some crap for getting this out now as if this is something news worthy. if you got nothing to report, take a vacation

Felt like Middleton and Brook hit every shot they took last year. Middleton in particular overperformed (other than the full game Giannis missed) given his reputation as a playoff choker. If he’s off or that ankle is bothering him, that would go a long way.
