I wouldn't be shocked if the Grizzlies steal a game or two, tbh. Ja does pretty well against Utah.

I think will be jazz in 6. They were pretty tired last part of the season. Maybe with Mitchell and one week off it will change but I see grizz winning a couple

Jazz in 5. Someone from Grizzlies will get hot and win one game for the team.

Jazz in six. It's not too unusual to see a team like the Jazz need a few extra games to put away their first round opponent.

Jazz in 5 because Mitchell will have rust.

Jazz in 6. I think something to keep in mind is that Memphis is playing without pressure. Morant is exactly the type of player to give Utah fits when he's going, Memphis will be scrappy as hell, and Mitchell may not be 100%. That said, I think the Jazz have too much firepower in the end.

I hope the Grizz can steal a win or two, but Gobert in the paint on the defensive end really stifles the Grizz' entire offense. JJJ and JV have to stay out of foul trouble and lure Gobert away from the basket if the Grizz have any hope.

How competitive this series will be will depend on JV/Gobert matchup.

And their matchup is a bit strange...
Lately Gobert was really owning JV (there are not many guys who can stop JV on offence and Gobert is the exception)
Earlier in their careers it was the other way around...

As I am rooting for Grizz this time around I hope Jonas will find ways to be consistent and efficient on offence.

Grizz will not be swept this series, guaranteed.

I was impressed by the Grizzlies in the play-in games. I think they can take a game. Jazz in 5

Why the Jazz could win: More talent. More veteran players. They know exactly what they want to do every possession.

Why the Grizz could win: Jazz have been pretty good all season. The only time they really look bad is when the other team runs them off the floor with superior athletes.

Question of the series: Can the Jazz force this into a slow paced half court game where their superior talent and experience will cary them to victory, Or will Memphis' athleticism prove too much for the Jazz old and undersized and under-athletic-ed players? I think this series is 100% about who can control the pace.

Totally disagree with those that say this will be a boring series. I think it will be a tough one. Although Jazz swept the season series they were all tough games.

It really turned out well for the Jazz. This is really the only matchup that isn't really competitive in the first round in the west.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Grizz steals a game or two. Jenkins is an underrated coach, he has this young team believing in themselves right now. JA is scared of no one. He doesn't get rattled in big moments young as he is so this might not be a sweep for the Jazz

Grizzlies sweep their way to a nba championship by going 16 and 0 and if you include the play in they will be 18 and 0
