Conleys improvement from last season has been a revelation for Utah

Its a miracle the Jazz have a lead with how sloppy they are.

Memphis could use a trade to add a strong piece. Maybe target Siakam, Christian Wood or Jerami Grant

All the Jazz need to do is find their offense and this is going to be a blowout. Utah's defense has been good as advertised so far this 1st quarter.

Clarkson has to be one of the worst passers in the league. Just no talent as a passer and horrible court vision.

Grizzlies playing small. Their defense was better when they were bigger, imo. Jazz close the quarter on a 10-0 run after Gobert checks back in.

Conley has controlled the offense well.

Conley/Gobert/Bench lineup goes 10-0, those are the minutes Utah has killed teams all season.

On paper I really like JJJ but jfc every single Grizz game I watch he is either invisible or just bad.

I get that he has a long injury history but geez.

He looks like he can be a respectable 3&D guy. The 3 needs work still, but hes had some great dfensive moments this season.

I like him. I had him as a first round prospect at the draft so I was really excited when we got him late. He plays smart, hits open shots, defends well. I was maybe overly optimistic about him, but he is a 10th man who does not make a negative contribution when he comes in. Trying to think of who he reminds me of historically ... maybe Tony Snell prior to this season? Just sticks around in the right place and has an innate talent to not hurt the team when he is on the court, can defend players that are more talented than him, and fits into just about any team concept.

Tough for young guys to earn minutes from Quin. Defensively he seems alright, just a tad slower than he'd need to be really good, bit of a defensive tweener in that sense. But still, okay defensively. Offensive feel has probably held him back more than anything.

I think that is a bit hyperbolic, but he def. is not a point guard. Utah is probably the perfect place for him.

Grizzlies would have to be tired in the second half. i think it's better to just give this game up and prepare for Game 2 if this ends up a big double digit lead by halftime.

They need to move him it’s just not working out. They have proven they can win without him playing decent or at all. Cash out now and get some win now pieces because the roster is already loaded with young players so draft picks will do little help.
