Those 2 finished tied with the best record twice, this is the first time the Jazz have had the sole best record.

And Utah has the luxury of trying to avoid that w/Favors on the bench.

Grizz should match Favors with Tillman

Absolutely, but then you also risk messing up the flow of the game. Utah took out Gobert early to match Favors up w/Val, and Memphis kept him in. Now Utah is ahead on the rotations, so you either put Val in and take him out very quickly, or you just ride him out and hope there is a big enough advantage over Favors there. Problem is, Favors is still a starting caliber center, so it's not as big of an advantage as you'd like. Tillman matches up with him pretty well, but I think Favors will still have a size/strength advantage that is going to give us some offensive boards. Memphis needs another physical guy there, a Mason Plumlee type player would do wonders for them against the Jazz, specifically.

For some reason I like Kyle Anderson since his Spurs days. He's just an odd player in a good way

I love Clarkson, he takes the dumbest shots - and makes them normally. Bad game for him so far.

He was benched late in the game vs. the Warriors and that worked out well for the Grizzlies.

i don't think he's the big man Memphis needs long term...

I think he just needs time, he still has a lot of rust to shake off as he's still pretty fresh off that injury

Even when healthy his rebound and fouling was a issue. His timeline of development isn’t matching up the needs of this current Grizz team. If Ja and these guys were low lottery team then fine but why wait around for a guy that needs to get paid after next season?

Could argue they have way to many young players and need to make some Hawks type moves

That should probably be a flagrant 1 on Bojan.

I've seen Jordan Clarkson drop double digit assists before, but then again that was against a team where the Jazz literally made people fall with their passes.

Did Bogey forget he plays for the Jazz and not Memphis? He is hot garbage.

I mean Bogey threw his entire body-weight behind it. Don't think he meant to foul that hard but you can't just lower your shoulder and bash into someone.

If Bogey isnt even going to take catch and shoot 3's, the one thing he's good at, why even have hime on the floor?

Can't we get ANYONE other than Reggie Miller?

Dillon Brooks is one of my fav players. Fights hard on every single possession defensively. Makes quick decisions on offense - either a shot, dribble or pass. It's that simple but the vast majority of players can't seem to do it.
