That trick won't work anymore.

Jonas drops back quite a bit now and Memphis is fine swarming the opposition.

Then you get an open three or open shot at the foul line. That isn't different, it's always been the problem.

JV should lose some weight. Raptors did him wrong by making him bulk up. He would be better with more speed.

Michell averaged 35ppg against the Grizzlies this season and we swept them during the season. Believe me we're missing Mitchell.

Sure but regular season sweeps mean nothing. As a raptors fan trust me. If they can’t emulate it in the playoffs it’s irrelevant

This. 2002 Nets sweep the Lakers & 2007 Cavaliers did the same for the Spurs. They both got swept in the NBA Finals.

JV’s close out has been far better in Memphis. Casey is just dumb n DD is pylon

Please, he just badly doubled and gave up a wide open three the only time they did it.

At least they are going at him finally, just not how they should to make it easier

I like Val, I wish we could have gotten just one call from him putting his forearms on everyone, haha, but great game by him. Without Gobert we are done this game.

K. Anderson +14
D. Brooks +19
J. Valanciunas +20
J. Morant +11

How does that even happen?

Bogey is probably our only player on offense physical enough to deal with Brooks, they are better off putting Anderson on him and letting Brooks dog Conley - just put Ja on Royce.

Man, Bogdanovic is probably one of the most clutch players in the league. He always shows up in big moments.

you're allowed to put a forearm in your man's back anywhere below the foul line.

Like I said, Jonas drops back and the Memphis defense rotates. If they're slow enough there will be open 3's.

But I respect what Jonas brings with a lot of other traits offensively and some defensively. I would live with some open 3's in the PnR situation.

Sorta feels like too little too late for the Jazz, but maybe this momentum can carry them in future games in this series.
