Have zero confidence in this guy now smh

This guy is clueless. We're getting swept.

I'm going to have some fun next game and play take a shot everytime we switch off Luka instead of fighting through the screen.

Morris was the LVP of this game, dude looks shook. For my mental health I'm just going to assume we are done. These team is not mentally strong enough to come back from 2-0 and Dallas will have a full arena. I hope I'm wrong but I'm tired of putting faith in this team and they drop the ball.

Same. I hope we can get it done. I can't watch this.

This game was lost early in the 3rd quarter. We had the the bonus with over 8 minutes to go in the quarter and we didn't attack the Mavs. To make matters worse, the Mavs took a big lead. Every possession should have been attacking the rim.

Marcus Morris was frustrating and not just for his missed shots. He loses his mind and just does stupid stuff. Overly aggressive when he doesn't need to be which leads to dumb fouls. His 6th foul was just boneheaded. Mann had set the pick and Kawhi didn't need an additional pick.

I am not taking anything away from the Mavs. They just hit some ridiculous shots all night long. The Porzingis bounce sums up the Mavs shooting night.

Lue needs to change up the line-up for Game 3. Texas isn't Covid scared and they will have a packed stadium. We have to take that crowd out of the game.

Yup, every time they switched Pat Bev or Reggie on him, he just laughs and posts them up for a easy bucket.

Don’t switch! It’s that simple

Lue had Reggie, Rondo, and Pat Bev all in the same time together. All small guards

Reminded me of the Trez, LouWill, Reggie combination last year.

Ibaka doing drills after only playing 6 mins. This team is straight drama

Even when they didn’t switch he hit insane shots. He’s the best player in the series

Please don't stop driving to the basket. Zu and Morris are stinking it up. Solid halves from Batum, Reggie, and Pat Bev. I still want to see Mann get some run and can we please please please get some defensive stops???

Kawhi doesn't love scoring the way true scorers do--in fact I think he resents when he has to carry the scoring load because it means everybody else is doing dogspit.

Kawhi's dream team is where he's the SECOND-leading scorer and he does everything else.

He would be perfect in Dallas.

The thread on the general board was saying Rondo got into it with Ibaka and Ty Lue. Is this true?

I said if 3pt shooting %'s normalize for both teams, things would be looking better. Obviously they haven't.

The last 4 weeks or so of the season the Mavs as a team have been shooting very well, THJ specifically has been on fire. Brunson also has been playing extremely well the last 4 weeks.

Kawhi and PG both balled out. Kawhi looked gassed at the end. PG had Porzingis one on one late in the game and had been breaking his ankles all night long but bailed him out with that bad three point attempt. But the role players sh*tted in the bed yet again. We are getting absolutely nothing with all that money we gave Morris and Kennard and to me that's the elephant in the room. Ty Lue can't figure out a lineup right now for sh*t. Pat Bev is washed defensively and we got nothing from the bigs as Zu was toast yet again and Ibaka only played a few minutes. Mann should replace Pat Bev entirely but we already knew that before the playoffs even started.

I knew we were going to lose though. That game 1 loss told us everything and deep down we all knew it. The Bubble vibes were just too strong. Sterling must of done some real vile sh*t behind closed doors to put this kind of hex on the team. Damn I can't even watch the sports shows in the morning nor listen to Sirus XM NBA Channel as its going to be a Clipper laugh-a-thon sh*tfest :nonono:

If the Mavs knew how to shoot FT's, they could have had at least another 7 points in this game.

true- but Porzingis hit 2 very lucky 3s that bounced all over the rim

Paul George said that their defensive mistakes have "just been crucial." He said it's clear that if they make more of them, Dallas will make them pay.

Agreed

Mavs are playing Luka, Tim, Finny, Kleba and KP and Ty Lue triple downs on going small. Dallas is laughing all the way to 2-0

Mistakes?

Mistakes makes it sound like we had any shot of stopping their offense at all and there were a few plays that got away from us.

Mistakes.

Lakers show real championship meddle. They responded. Credit to the Lakers. I love that response to adversity. I just wish our team delivered the same way.

Shout out to lifelong clipper fans. You guys been dealing with this pain. I'm a kawhi fan so I've just adopted this team.

I can't say I have experienced much pain from a team losing than these last two years. I'm on the east coast. I stay up to watch all these games. Takes a lot of effort just to see the team lose and not give effort.

Looks like Mavs peaking at the right time. THJ going to get that bag. He looks like Klay Thompson out there.
