No draft beer. Just cans. But walk up stands are open. One server with side by side credit card terminals speed the transactions.

You can see the food & drink options in the Bucks app. Select "More", "Arena", "Order Food". You have to put in a seat location, but then you get to the menu offering.

JFC just open it up already (a guy that has taken this pandemic seriously since March 17th). That’s enough already. I did my part for over a year.

My wife said she heard on tv June 1 was full capacity and that if you had proof of vaccination, no mask was required.; otherwise yes.
Which begs the question of how do they know who is vaccinated after they enter the building.

i was in lower deck top row behind the basket and there were few seats taken. Much less than half capacity. The lack of fans has its merit. No bathroom traffic, no street traffic, good parking, less bs nonsense on cannonballing t shirts into the crowd while half the crowd around you is more interested in an effing t shirt than the game.

By the way, I have two t shirts from the other night, if anyone knows a place where I can donate them to six foot, 200 pound, 12 year olds.

Hell at this point they should just do honor system with severe penalties if an outbreak happens. Unlikely but if an outbreak happened and someone pointed for you being non vaccinated, ban for life and fines if possible.
Non-vaccinated people can be carriers too, last I heard. This is a dangerous move to implement for society moving forward imo.

Do you mean vaccinated people can be carriers? True if so, but very very unlikely to be infectious. If you did mean unvaccinated... yes, that is also true.

I hadn't heard that it reduced liklihood of infection.

Regardless, it's now up to individuals to decide how they wish to proceed. I wish everyone would get the damn vaccine but unfortunately that's not happening. Let's get the place rocking. Can't wait.

I think it was "there is no evidence the vaccine prevents infection/spread" but it was theorized it would prevent spread. CDC had to be cautious until there was evidence it reduced spread. The fact we are down to 25k cases nationwide despite opening is enough evidence that the the likelihood for spread from a vaccinated person is really low. From all I read, the vaccine is working better than expected. Just need hold-outs to get some shots so we can officially end the pandemic in the next month; no need to worry about vaccinated people as they did their part/limited risk and should be rewarded, IMHO

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

There've been some direct studies on transmission that are very good, and this is what provoked the CDC to drop the mask recommendation for vaccinated people. Frankly the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming and enough for me. If you have an infection after being vaccinated, while you can be diagnosed with the hypersensitive PCR test, you are very unlikely to have an infection with enough viral replication/load to transmit it to others. In interactions between vaccinated people, it's like simultaneously threading two moving needles. The vaccine is freakishly good.

One thing I've enjoyed over the past 15 months is standing in lines without someone right in front of me who hasn't had a shower in a week and a guy right behind me who hasn't brushed his teeth in a week.

Personally I have no problem being out and about. I'm vaccinated. I was at an event last weekend where there were a lot of introductions and almost everyone was shaking hands which I found odd. I thought that was one dumb tradition that would go away forever. Maybe it's just habit but I'm not doing it anymore.

As nice as it was with easy parking, no restroom lines, etc... I can't wait to go back to a full arena. And if people are uncomfortable going, I completely get it. Stay home for awhile.

I was a little surprised that the lot I normally park at on State/6th was $30 for 50% crowd. Heard during season it was much less. We just went over to the MacArthur Square and was not busy at all. In and out easy for $11.

I have a friend who works downtown with underground parking and I can use his pass for downtown events so I'm lucky in that regard. I have a feeling all downtown parking will be high as the lot owners try to recoup cash. Another friend paid $6 a day when he started working downtown and it was $11 when he started WFH last year. He's going back to the office at some point this summer, I'm curious how much it will be now.

The lack of tshirts being thrown during pivotal moments of the game is so nice.

If people don't mind a summer evening walk, there is free/non-metered street parking right when water turns east. There are limited signs so people think you can't park there so seems to be open before games. I think about a mile but you walk through the district and to water for a drink after the game.

Read on Twitter

Fiserv Forum’s full capacity is considered to be 16,500 due to the change in courtside configuration that has been put in place during the playoffs.

Not as much as a supply/demand chart would predict IMO. Loosening of restrictions, ability to sit next to people you know, gather in areas, and just general vibe should increase demand
