And his ridiculously high turnover rate comes with horrific shooting and bad defense. But at least he brings "energy".

Overall, my least favorite Bull-Wizard ever.

Seems like a good guy (I’m looking at you Crittendon), but given his contract, what we gave up for him, and the fact that after a decade in the league he has developed no feel for the game, I just can’t stand him in a Wiz uni.

Sheppard should be fired for this.

Tough to fire him when Ted was likely the guy who ordered the trade. Though I wouldn't put it past Ted to blame Sheppard and fire him just to save face.

No need to fire him when you can just hire a guy with a fancier title to take his job.

Sheppard will either stick around after the demotion, or he'll get a nice press release when his contract expires after the 2021/22 season.

The passive aggressive approach is Leonsis MO, see one Barry Trotz.

Westy is so good for the tank. I know he's stunting development but landing a top pick needs to be a priority and Russ is doing everything in his power to make it happen!

Easily one of my least favorite players in a Wizards uniform...I second LSBF in that statement. I really disliked Ike Austin and Rashard Lewis, I hated Eric Maynor....but Westbrook takes the cake.

I feel like it's either supposed to be a switch between Beal/Westbrook in a switch/zone or Beal/Westbrook both decided not to guard anyone in particular.

Brooks has a special bond with Westbrook. Russell is probably like a child to him and our dear Scottie wants to be a good dad. It has been stated a million times but Wiz need completely new front office and coaching staff and Ted has to stfu. I wish I had enough money so I'd buy the team and make them great ag... well, they've never been that great, but you know... :(

It might have been the perfect... typhoon - with Brooks being the coach easing the path to make the Westbrook trade.

Loved CCJ’s suggestion that we go all in for the tank and make Westbrook player coach.

I could just imagine the chalk talk before the game.

“Ok guys. We’ve got to bring the energy. Play balls to the wall (on offense, that is). Don’t worry about turning the ball over. As long as you’re aggressive and fearless, what could go wrong. Raul, we need you to pound the ball and put your head down and drive into the lane. If you see something in red out of the corner of your eye, launch the ball at its feet.”

One bottom line is passive, and the other one's aggressive.

Holy shid has Westbrook been bad in the postseason.

Westbrook has now lost 22 of his last 29 playoff games going back to 2016 Western Conference Finals where OKC blew that 3-1 lead to GSW. 23 of 31 if you count the play-in games.

Last 8 postseasons:

FG% are 41%, 42%, 40%, 39%, 40%, 36%, 42%, and now 33%.

3pt %'s are 22%, 28%, 32%, 26%, 36%, 32%, 24%, and right now 00%.

Turnovers are 4.0, 4.4, 4.3, 6.0, 5.2, 4.6, 3.8, and now 5.0.
