Because the anti-Jokic brigade was hoping he'd have a letdown post-season run

It has nothing to do with jokic, it was always the same discussion.

Philly fans are literally (not literally) praying on Jokic's downfall, just so they can say oh look what a weak MVP.
Meanwhile Embiid has two phenomenal teammates and is vs a much lesser team than the Blazers in the Wizards. If the nuggs end up losing to the Blazers, were going to be hearing a lot of s*** on jokic.

How does that make you better than the Lin, Gallo, and Wil fans who root for them over NY?

Phenomenal? Eh. I would prefer Murray and MPJ going forward over Ben and Tobias. If Murray can come back healthy and they resign Gordon, the Nuggets would have the best roster in the West.

In the future I take MPJ but in the present? Tobias blows him out of the water. Porter plays no defense and his shot selection still has a lot of work. He’s be causing Doc all sorts of headaches lol

Has an MVP ever went into the playoffs missing 3 of their top 4 guards including the starting guards one of which is the team's 2nd best player?
I don't want to hear these excuses. James Harden has won series with MASH units in the past. And Lebron James won Finals games without the 2nd and 3rd best player, on a what was basically a just a 3 man team to begin with. If you're the MVP, go win some games against a 6th seed in the 1st round.

After three games of legendary performance from the league MVP, all media talks are about how clutch and important Austin Rivers were and how bad Blazers defense was. Can anyone find any honest positive coverage on Jokic?
