Nets not taking their opponent seriously... Gotta stop toying with your food or you're going to slip up eventually...

It's not like he'll detriment the offense... ****, maybe we'll see the lobs again!!
I think this is an overreaction. Whoever switches on to Thompson needs to box him out. He’s got 7 offensive rebounds. We all know how inattentive can be on the defensive end, so I don’t think he’d definitely do much better.
Boston is making sure to clog the paint. I don’t think those lobs are there like they were during the regular season.

I don’t think they’re taking Boston lightly.
This happens pretty often to the team with HCA in the first road game. Now we’re the ones without fans and we need to rise to the occasion.
As others have said, we’re only down 4. Better teams would’ve really smacked us and we’d be down 15+. Given how badly we played in the first half, I’d take being down 4 any day.
This 2nd half needs to reveal what this team is made of. You have the opportunity to show your dominance and cut off all hope for the Celtics. Do it now. Milwaukee sent a message. Will we match the call?

Disagree.
While it's easy and simple to say, all they need to do is box him out. That basic idea is 100% simple yet our guys are displaying the inability to do so and it's giving life to the Cs.
Jordan will own a bigger zone to grab boards and won't get pushed off easily or at all like our smaller guys n bigs(Durant n Clax).
Also the physicality is ramping up imo and we're not punching back. Another component DJ can bring in.
Change the script.

I’ve said it all season and I’ll say it again. This team could really use a proper wing defender.
We shouldn’t be relying upon KD to score and defend the opposition’s best player. The guy is 32 and just came off an 18 month layoff due to a torn Achilles. We need a better defender who can handle the assignment of defending the opposition’s best wing.

Energy and effort against mediocre teams has been an issue all year. It's annoying / concerning but the Nets haven't adopted that traditional contender going to work take no plays off mentality that we've seen so many eventual champions have in the past...

Not a good time for Harden to become a turnover machine. A couple of really dumb passes, he's better than that.

Another caveat to bringing DJ is to bring back the automatic lobs from harden

Ugh, why would you put a hand on Tatum there? We've got to play smarter.
