Brad has to try something different. Nets are due to miss some shots but they need to make it count. Energy level was low that 2nd quarter. Way too many easy shots for the Nets.

Tatum is still our leading scorer even when he was silent (while being hounded) in the second.

Time to explode in the second half, Jayson.

LET'S GO!!!

Tough that this is the talent we have to deal with the rest of Tatum's contract. Yikes.

I am convinced the Bucks will beat them.

Only if they convince Middleton that the Nets are actually the Celtics

Yep, 7 FTs? Dude averages 4 a game.

Celtics have taken 6 more FT’s than the Nets. Refs aren’t the issue tonight, talent discrepancy is.

To have a chance at this one, we need to start rebounding.

Defense against Harden & Durant would be nice too, but rebounding is a simpler task.

Props to Jabari Parker, he only played 3 minutes yet led our team in rebounds for much of the half.

so the Nets having a better team mean we should just accept piss poor rotations.

Kornet as rim protection.

I like Kornet over TT always have. but they would just rotate a PNR and since we switc everything anyhow they would beat him off the dribble.

And Nesmith over Parker and Semi.. so obvious and yet we have Brad **** Stevens.. nuff said.

Readjust, play smart, get out and run, and pray KD and Kyrie cool down

From what I've seen, the League won't let anyone play defense on Harden or Durant.

Glad we won G3 so that we didn’t get this full house at home just to watch the Nets close us out.

Tatum has established himself as a commodity. Better put a contender around him soon or you'll start hearing little Los Angeles birds tweeting in the bushes.

I'm saying it got him in sync. Not saying the it's the refs' fault.
Good assessment:

They have no adjustment to make.Celtics on ball iso D has sucked all year. Nets are too talented at the wing obviously.

Brooklyn played perfection basically on offense that half. Being down 13 isn’t that bad of a spot to be in at home but we just don’t have the guys to potentially steal this game. Other than Tatum, Celtics don’t have a guy you can give the ball to and go one on one. Doesn’t seem like Evan is that guy. He’s looked pretty damn good when he’s set up shooting wide open threes but he hasn’t shown yet in Boston that you can just give the ball to and he will go one on one.

We have our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th guy out and the roster wasn’t even great to begin with in terms of what Ainge has built. It’s just too much to ask from these young guys or scrubs to compete against some of the best iso scorers of all time

Stopping the nets offense is like trying to use a traffic cone to stop a monster truck

if we beat this nets team with no rob, no kemba and no brown, that would be pretty impressive. you'd have to give brad some credit if it happens.

obviously it's gonna be tough, down 13 at halftime. but this team has shown some fight these last couple of games. let's see if we can make a run in the 2nd half..

Smart should be guarding Kyrie for the remainder of the game. The others give him way too much space.

ps. Ainge recruited too many poor defenders. lol TT and Fournier are both really bad at defending. Pritchard too.
