Maybe recently but MULTIPLE Clippers fans have spent the last two years battling me on this based on +\- figures. The dude just can’t make simple passes and misses guys open nonstop. Then on D all he does is foul nowadays. His first year on the Clippers he was really good.

I said in offseason the team HAD to offload Beverley and Lou to do damage in the playoffs, because they relied on them too heavily.

Okay, I shouldn't say no one likes Beverley. Beverley when he is hitting his shots is fine, but Beverley is a limited player and does annoying things. The +/- is also indicative of the lineups he plays with, but the matchup with a big guard like Luka simply doesn't work for him either.

Ever since the Mavs missed out on that 3-0 lead and automatic win, they've been out of sorts. Doncic, playing hurt. Three-point shooting, regression to the mean. Carlisle, losing control of the game to where Clippers defense has waken up. Lue might have needed the first two games to give Mavs a false sense of confidence, then pull out all the stops to make the Mav's chance at a 3-0 victory impossible that the Mavs are now feeling the pressure. And it could burst to the tune of a 4-2 series loss.

If the Clippers come back to win the series, then Lue did something I wasn't expecting to: lure the Mavericks into a trap. And if it works, they fell for it.

Doc would have continuing playing patbev and not trust Mann. Lue is already showing he's a better coach. We would get sweep if we had doc this year

I will only agree that this is a difference between them. I will not crown Ty Lue at this point.

Doc for sure would over play Beverley under some misguided idea that we're getting him ready for future series. We need him for the WCSF and WCF.
