Only way we have any shot at Dame is if he demands a trade to NYK which is a long shot at best and he'd only demand that if we had a 2nd star coming in to play with him (Kawhi?). So we'd need some sort of collusion going on to get it done like Lebron in LA and Durant in Brooklyn. We've seen crazier things...

If you put Kawhi + Dame together and Randle is still around, that's your "big three". Surround those guys with ring chasers who are plus defenders and roll the dice.

He is not shorthanded, they have top 3 squads in the league talent-wise. It's just their coach who is shorthanded in brain and Dame and his inability to move the ball and make people better. And no, he is not Kobe because Kobe was a highlight passer in many key moments, feels like we never see any Dame's assists. He also doesn't play defence like Kobe.

Dame is Bradly Beal on roids. And people hate BB and love Dame. Strange world.

It’s possible this might be the worst take since RealGM inception.

Top 3 squads...ban yourself.

Dame best pg in the world according to many ppl.
CJ one of the best sg, forming the best back court in the league according to many ppl.
Nurkic top 5 big men in the league
Powell - the best 4th option in the league
Covington - great 3 point shooter, one of the best short PF-C defenders in the league
Kanter - always a threat in offensive board
Carmelo - nice clutch vet

Swap Dame with Steph and this team is sweeping the league. They look like scrubs because they play with Dame.

We brought Leon Rose, WWW, and Thibs in for this off-season.

I won't be surprised if they put together a "big 3" sort of team for next season, some how, some way.

Wtf are you talking about?

You’re living in an alternate reality.

McCollum is an above average player but he’s not even an All Star, so how he is he ‘one of the best’ shooting guards?

Nurkic is not a top 5 big man. He’s not even top 15. And he’s injured a lot more than he is on the court. Again, have you watched any games?

Powell - the best 4th option in the league. Okay. So a 6th man? Because that’s what the definition of that is. He wasn’t in the 6th man of the year discussions. He’s also more than the 4th option on the Blazers due to their lack of talent.

Covington is an average player. And wtf is a ‘short PF-C’? He’s a tweener SF/PF who plays the 5.

Kanter is what he’s always been - a 15 mpg player who gets offensive boards.

Carmelo and clutch maybe went together in Denver. He hasn’t been clutch for over a decade. He also isn’t very good anymore. Why even mention him? Is this supposed to help your argument?

You have a weird vendetta against Lillard. It’s weird and you’re either lying to yourself or you have a terrible basketball IQ.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Is CP3 injured again? Same story, up 3-2 to the champs and missing game 6 and 7.

It's laughable that you'd suggest that many people think Dame and CJ are the best backcourt. No one thinks that and no one ever thought that. You're telling me many people think Dame and CJ were better than Steph and Klay? Kyrie and Harden? :noway:

This year - no, but the past 5 years - absolutely. Second best, behind Klay and Steph and a lot of people said it was close. If you deny that, please get out of the cave, and quote me then.

No one thought it was close, you're insane. I appreciate you moving the goal posts to 2nd best though. These guys won a ring even without KD, broke the record for best NBA record of all time without KD, then continued to win 2 more when KD joined the squad. :noway:

Really? Wow. I had the Sun eliminating the Lakers and clearing the path for that Net's championship.

I figured a LeBron/Lakers chip was the only thing that Silver might let happen over the Nets.
