They don’t see it.

Straight up acting like a title contender just choked. We spun straw into gold. Disappointing end, but I can’t be mad at this group. Quite proud actually.
RIP magnumt

thanks for everything, thibs.

This Knicks team had a fantastic season overall. Nobody could've reasonably expected them to make it this far.

I'm not gonna kill Randle or RJ for their lackluster performance in this series, even if it exposed their weaknesses. It's a miracle they carried this team along with Rose to the postseason.

The Hawks were a terrible match-up for us, and they had easily the more talented squad.

It's just a bit sad to see that the Knicks got punked by the Hawks, and that they were let down by their coach, who lacked imagination, coached scared, made no adjustments outside of Rose starting and overall was incredibly unimpressive throughout the series. McMillan coached circles around Thibs.

Game 2 was the best Knicks moment since 2013. It ain't much but it's something.

As far as the offseason is concerned, now comes the hard part...

This was the best Knicks season I've watched, as a fan since 2003.

Thank you, and come back stronger next year.

My man! Now come over and join Build a Franchise. We got about three open slots. Would be great to have you.

Yeah, okay. The Knicks signing and trading for a bunch of pseudo stars has worked wonders in the past.

I feel like most of you are 14 years old or something. The last time we had a team worth watching it was built around a number one pick we drafted.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Welcome to Knicks fandom.

A number of teams have been tanking for years and still aren’t ****

A bunch of analysts had a great take on him; he can change a team's fortunes and get them out of the doldrums but he's not going to take you to a championship based off his antiquated style on offense. He's a great stopgap coach to right the ship and than bring in someone more offensively innovative to get you over the hump.

You thought he was supposed to take this roster to the championship... lol

I didn't say anything of the sort. There were debates on a few talk shows on whether or not Thibodeau was a championship level coach given his success with the Bulls and the Knicks. I mentioned his antiquated style of coaching on the offensive end and also mentioned he can help losing franchises rebuild but he won't get you to a championship level.

He was a COY candidate this season and deservedly so but he's limited. He was in the perfect situation this season taking a team like this and overachieving.

He coaching a team with one pg who is over the hill, centers that cant score, and his two best players bricking shots. What more was he supposed to do?

I can't see at all how Randle overcomes that performance. Really can't.

His shooting isn’t there but Obi shoes some signs of great touch and control around the rim.

Play him and Mitch TOGETHER, give RJ another year, develop Q.

Trade Fool-i-us and maybe send Thibs to Boston for their pick.

That’s all.
