The Pandemic has been the Jay's Road to the Show.

Year 1 (2020)-
-Tryouts vs MLB teams, in their parks
- Signed by Toronto - Assigned to AAA Buffalo

Jays fans want them in Toronto, but Management says they're not ready yet

Year 2 (2021)-
- April-May - assigned to A Dunedin
- June-August - promoted to AAA Buffalo
- September (fingers crossed) - Called up by Toronto, and immediately in the Playoff Picture

I like how they last time they played Houston, they think Houston is still cheating. like Jansen would never give the location of the pitch until the pitcher is in his windup.

That's because they hit 2 HRs in the first game because Jansen set up too early and Houston signaled the batters the location of the pitches. Siddall had a segment mid game on it. It wasn't cheating, though. It was just the Jays being careless against a team willing and able to take advantage of it.

OT:
when Springer comes back, and if we want to ease him back, would anyone think of batting him 9th, so it could wrap around to Semien at the top of the order.

personally, I'd try something like this

Semien
Bichette
Guerrero Jr.
Hernandez
Grichuk
Gurriel Jr.
Jansen
Biggio
Sprigner

Yeah, I’m a hard ‘no’ on batting Springer 9th. WTF?

it's to ease him back, and it'll flow back to the top of the order.

Not going to happen. Nor should it. And can you really see Charlie going up to Springer and asking him to hit 9th?

Does Buck not realize Grichuk has so many RBI because Vladdy is on base half the time?

Bichette misses a ball he could have at least knocks down, and then proceeds to trot after it allowing the runner to get to second. Just brutal.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Frick. Should have been an out. At least knock it down and keep them to a single. Then it’s a double play. As it is, a run comes home and the inning continues.

Edit: Right on cue, the “fourth out” of the inning generates another run via the HR

This Astros team is really good. Entire offense is firing at the moment. No way they aren't winning the AL West.

That'll make it easier to watch Doncic.
