definitely. . Right now Shake is shook. He needs to find a way to get back his mojo.

It is insane the amount of shook players that come through here. It’s a damn curse!

Shake should reset mentally and just start with basics. Focus on his shooting, less on trying to expand his game until the offseason where he can have more time to do that. I think it will be easy for him to bounce back from his funk that way.

My guess is that he was also expecting to start after his performance last season specially in the playoffs and what he has done during the offseason, then things didnt fall into place. I dont know him personally and im again saying its just a guess, but I think that affected him personally.

We have Maxey and GHill now as guards off the bench who can play with him, so no need to focus more on creating off the dribble. Start with the basics, just knocking 3s and playing defense.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

I think it’s likely his defense that is keeping him from playing time. And if his shot isn’t falling, he has no purpose out there. Was always going to be a problem for him since he lacks athleticism.

He was apparently back out on the court after last night's win getting shots up. We'll need him to find himself with Embiid out.

That's a good sign. He needs to go get some personal time with Sam Cassell and listen to his advice.

People were really saying we didnt need Harden because of him and that he was better than Spida Mitchell.

Maxey is getting shake minutes and kork provides more outside shooting than shake. He’s the odd man out unless doc needs to change the lineup.

Playoffs means rotations shorten. Even without Embiid. Hill maxey Howard plus someone else off the bench (kork) potentially. (Thybulle starts)

Lol if you feel so offended about my comment you can check yourself in the Harden trade thread.

And the Spida Mitchell one i actually had to argue with a poster because he was honestly saying he is better because he had better per 36 numbers at the start of the season.

I never understood what some people sees in Milton. He wont ever be anywhere close to an all star player let alone an elite one. On a contender hes a fringe rotation player, you cant win if hes one of your main perimeter scorers and creators.

Very true. If Shake does not get much run, then Shake only has himself to blame. He was given ample opportunity this season, with covid and injuries, to step his game up. Unfortunately he was erratic at best. He was ahead of everyone and now everyone has passed him by. Sad but true. But the playoffs can be fluid and you never know when your number is going to get called. So be ready Shake.....be ready.

I was super high on Shake after last year. Pulling a Houdini in the playoffs hasn't caused me to sour on him. Looks like Maxey has taken his minutes for the time being.

It's a total bummer than Shake is struggling with confidence.

My vision for the playoffs was Shake and Tyrese dominating the second unit as dual creators and allowing us to take some of our shooting specialists off the floor.

Shake had one minute of play and 1 turnover. Damn man get your stuff together. Or perhaps we will see you next season.

You and his Momma. I recall having a conversation with you before the playoffs started. I said Shake was a shrinking violet in games that mattered. And you said his playoff numbers don't bare that out. 1 game...sorry one quarter and a bit does not vindicate him. But it was good to see him show up in a big game. And good coaching by Doc.
