I've always flirted with the idea of moving to Europe but I can't imagine being able to follow the NBA that way

Good

Let's test that mobility and his pain threshold

I expect us to put a ton of pressure on AD from the outset

I mean if he couldn't suit up for a an elimination game, then he might as well start looking for houses somewhere else. He'd be gone. Bron wouldn't have need of him.

It’s a road game and we’re just gonna have to withstand some of their runs.

Again, much like every other game in this series, Ayton avoiding foul trouble will be extremely important. Really hope Silver didn’t make the call to the refs for tonight.

I wouldn't mind getting into a bit of a shoot out against their shooters. I'd bet on our shooters vs them.

Yea if our shooters are on. Their not clogging the paint against us though so we don’t have the same looks.

The role players that worry me are Schroeder and Kuzma. Both can randomly go off.

I knew AD was gonna play tonight from last game. His reputation would be on the line to sit out an elimination game.

His main goal will to get Ayton in foul trouble so that him and LeBron have no resistance at the rim.

It would still rely on their guys hitting shots. I felt like we gave up a ton of open-ish to straight up open shots to LA the last game but they couldn't hit a thing. It wasn't like we were playing face up defense on their shooters, we were just playing regular hand up defense, they just can't hit anything.

Sure they could heat up but here's the thing, we're not some overachieving team that got to where we got to by being elite offensively and being horrible on defense, we're actually really good on both ends of court. We're not the Blazers with 1 super star and a bunch of solid role players that is horrible on defense but has gotten a bunch of wins because Dame is Dame. We actually play good defense and it's something we can rely on and use as a strength. That's something the talking heads in the media always fail to bring up because they are so focused on Lebron and Lebron being prime Lebron, they don't think about the elite defense we play, the defensive player we put on the court or the defensive schemes we've been running to make things difficult for the Lakers.

We're not out here at the mercy of Lebron feeling like he wants to put up 45/15 like the talking heads think we are. We actually have the defense and the defensive players to make it bloody hard for them. If he's able to pull that team through with a 45pt performance then bravo, my hats off to the king

No worries, we got Saric and Kaminsky to hold down the fort inside the lane. Good luck Bron & AD.

Gambo’s reporting has been Woj/Sham esque.

Probably a good move by them, spread the floor with shooter and let Lebron go to work.

When I was in college or worked remote and had my own schedule, I used to watch the games live.
Now i use holidays and/or free times to watch some games live.
Watching them re-live is not the same for me.

He’s right when it comes to the Lakers because he has Dudley telling him what’s going on.

Back in the day Gambo was first to report Steve Nash to the Lakers too which I think Sarver himself had leaked to Gambo.
