even reserves in today's game get $, esp. the one's from playoff teams. sure, there's an inherent injury risk, but he could've gotten more $ and a better opportunity (starting) by waiting

Morris has been an impressive pro. shoots efficiently* and has a great AST/TO ratio

How much should the Knicks pay Reggie Bullock? More than 27/3?

Monte Morris can do a lot more than Bullock

So...

Lillard can’t win POR, so he should force a trade to NYK, a weaker team, in return for whatever assets NYK has.

So he can win in NY, with less help, and no assets.

Gotcha.

You think NY is a weaker team??? Bro other than Nurkic they have no one else. You think CJ is that much better?

If you put rose, dame, Julius, obi and Mitchell to close a game that’s better than your blazer team right now…

NYK is a weaker team.

Much better coach and some potential internal improvement.

I don’t know bro, as presently constructed both teams are not that good. But the coach does make a difference. Realistically though, what would you want back in a trade, like what team in the league can make an offer for Lillard?

Booker is the only player to survive the kardarshian/jenner curse so far.

As I said before, Mills wants to compete all the time. He was forced to flip mid season b/c yet another Mills product was abysmal.

Do you believe Fizdale when he said that?

I believe he signed with the Knicks knowing the goal was to tank their first year and that he would see his second year after an offseason of significant reinforcements. The goal was Zion, KD and Kyrie, me believes.

So now what they tell him & he proudly proclaims from day one is not enough

I brought the receipts. Bring the receipts

Ok

If he says the team would tank, he would be punished...

Anyway, Fizdale strikes me as the kind of person who does not leave in the real world. In his mind, he could think he would lead that group of scrubs to a victorious path.

If Lillard wanted out, POR would need to accommodate the request.

OKC has the picks but wants to build around their picks and SGA, as they should.

NOH has assets but nothing top tier, though he would elevate that team.

Maybe Mitchell+from UTA or Simmons+ from PHI.

The top tier contenders don’t typically have much in the way of trade assets.

LeBron fans in shambles on Twitter. Trying to pretend like it's not a big deal but defensive AF, like they weren't just clowning on Steph a few days ago for not carrying a team by himself. All kinds of reasons why "this is different" or "not the same thing" as the typical first round elimination that gets players clowned on.

Our scouting teams are ass in the lottery lol.. we do better in the end of first rounds and second rounds

My guess is that they are just following third party mock drafts and not doing due diligence.

My guess they are reaching for potential stars, boom or busts players. They did not want role players.

Frank and Knox were two players very green but with unlimited potential due to the age, great size, and good shooting mechanics.

Obi also has great potential after winning the best College players award (despite his skills not very easy to translate to NBA).

Monte Morris can do a lot more than Bullock

They certainly have different roles. And I agree Monte is a good player. But so is Reggie. (Eg, their 3pt% is similar, but Reggie takes twice as many. Stocks are similar, but Morris obviously has many more assists ... but is a back-up.)

So if Monte deserves much more than 27/3 where does that leave Reggie?
