You want to get rid of Obi, IQ, and maybe even Mitch in the right scenario? Fine... but RJ has to stay if you want to win titles/have any chance at long term success. You need a big bodied wing who could dribble pass shoot and defend. Look at what killed Portland over the years. Their perimeter defense was atrocious because both CJ and Dame can't defend well enough. RJ has shown the ability to be a really good defender at only 20 in addition to canning his 3's, and showing some off the dribble juice. We just watched Bullock get torched at the point of attack for 5 straight games...Don't make the same mistakes Portland did in building around Dame. You need hungry, defensive minded guys around him. RJ is a perfect fit.

I am all in favor of keeping RJ. But if Dame wants to play with Kawhi and we can make it happen.

You make it happen.

This is what I would trade if it means we can get Lillard and Leonard to add to Randle:

Kuzma does have a little Austin Rivers to him. But hey both guys are often effective. I wish we had kept Rivers. I've taken a deep dive on my faith in Thibs lol.

Sham not only stopped the Knicks from getting KD & Irving, but he made them go to BKN.

Kuz might as well book his Shanghai flight now

I used to kill it with Michael Redd....he couldn't miss from 3. I don't know what it was maybe the lefty shooting stroke. But and Rashard Lewis were guys I always picked to shoot 3's.

05 also had the 3 point contest which was fire!

even though deep down we all know it's not happening, i guess we all gotta root for kawhi to lose tonight just so we can keep hope alive before we sign derozan and lonzo.

Jesus Christ... That's probably what it's going to come down to. If Lillard goes to Philly or something and Kawhi signs in Miami, WWW and Leon Rose will feel pressured to sign whatever is left.

Cursed f***king franchise.

Adding both Derozan and Lonzo , with Mitch Coming back and Luca replacing Payton and keeping all our picks is not a bad option either.

I’m rooting for a clippers comeback sorry. Might as well shatter this pipe dream early

Also now that I know sham doesn’t want Lonzo I have a lot of optimism not only are we are going to land him but send mitch out in a sign and trade for him and jaxson Hayes praise the sun

Return to New York Knicks
