Now lets hope Leon locks up Executive of the Year after making some necessary moves this offseason.
You sure dude wanted to role with Elf and Dsjr as his guards before thibs had to lick his boots for a PG...

So it seems like Thibs was the consensus #2 at least and that carried him to the win. Everyone had him top 2 as they should because of what he did with a team projected to win 20 wins.

Monty and Synder both split votes, and while their season was impressive it wasn’t as good as what Thibs did

I could have sworn they announced Monty won it.....

Did he win something else and I am misremembering it? Was it just assumed by everyone that he won it?

From talks of Cunningham to MIP and COY, no one saw this coming. Thibs is definitely old fashioned, but his style works in New York and the fans. A few small upgrades to the roster and we'll have a perennial playoff team, might not becoming contenders over night but at least we'll establish Knicks basketball once again. Just gotta hope we fall into a superstar via trade/free agency.

Doesn't work like that in the NBA. Can't understand how they do it, but I'm so happy they do! He coached us from where we were to where we are. That's more than anybody else did.

I thought it was Monty

Anyway, he truly did made more with the pathetic hand that he was dealt

But I think he could have done a much better job

We can all think of many things he could have done better. But all in all, taken as a package, he did so many more things right. Show me the guy who did more right? The NBA couldn't find him.

Perfection is not a concept that can ever be applied to people. If you want perfect, look to your god.

Suns fans are going to be pissed that Monty didn’t win, but that team was great in the Bubble and they added an All-NBA player/Hall of famer in CP3

Thibs had almost the exact same roster and almost DOUBLED the projected win total. Thibs honestly should of won in a landslide
