Pretty sure ball one to Grandal was literally identical to strike three to Semien that ended the top half of the inning.

Rodon set out to walk Vlad, threw a pitch in the zone, and then very much thought better about doing it again. Smart man.

The huge difference between listening to Buck/Tabler and Shulman/Buck cannot be understated. Buck isn’t a very good PBP guy and he only talks about half as much as Tabler when doing colour.

LOL, that sequence by Bo. That liner he caught was the hardest hit ball of the game, 112.3 mph. .870 xBA.

Teams are really playing with fire pitching to Vladdy with first base open and a runner in scoring position.

wow Ray with 13ks and all against a pretty good hitting team. Wonder what the Blue Jays record for most Ks in a game is. Anyone?

It's nice seeing Montoyo let a starter pitch into the 7th. =)

I've got no issues with that pitch. Unfortunate where it ended up though.

Cost us a run. Should have brought in Dolis to start the inning.

How many Ray starts have ended like that now?

Would suck to lose this one considering how dominant they've been overall. Couldn't get the big hit though.

Roger Clemens had 18 for the record.

Nah. It was, for once, the right call - it just didn't work out.

He was dominating, and still under 100. If he's good to go out, you let him go out. (But have somebody warming up, in case they're needed).
